The guys at Silver Lake Bicycle were very helpful, greeted us right away and helped us find the right bike for our daughter. We decided to order online and have the bikes shipped to the store where the guys once again assembled and got them ready for us upon pickup. Will definitely do business again as long as I’m able to ride a bike.
This shop is great! First of all, they carry Specialized, which is a product I really like. Second, during each of my visits, they helped me sort out the problems with 2015 Specialized Mountain bike. I was really impressed because I kept coming in day after day thinking I was becoming one of those annoying customers but they were professional and took their time with me. As a result, we did a drive train swap 1 by 10 and now my bike has a new life. They did an excellent job on the swap. Wish I could remember everyone's name because they remembered mine. I am new to the neighborhood so a few of the guys recommended places to ride. That was awesome as well. I will defiantly go back. Next time, I want to add a dropper post to my bike. I know they will do a great job. I would definitely recommend this shop to you.
Small business owner that really takes care of customers! They have a great selection of bikes and products, knowledgeable mechanics and fantastic customer service. They went above and beyond to get me the right bike rack for my new car. Highly recommend this company.
I started my bike search for my son at a bunch of big box stores but couldn’t find anything that work for him. Found this shop and discovered the not only have high quality bikes, but also has very friendly staff that are super knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure everything is fit and finished. Very professional folks - and I absolutely will do business with them again. My son is STOKED with his new bike.
These guys are the best. I've brought my bike in quite a few times and they've always helped me, even when it's busy. Their service is phenomenal.
First time going to this bike shop and I was certainly impressed. I was greeted upon walking in and got help right away. I was very impressed with everyones willingness to help as a team. The best part was when I asked a question to one employee they answered honestly by not knowing but immediately went to go get me the correct answer from his co-workers. Those small details is what keeps me coming back. Give this view a thumbs to help others.
My daughter ate it on her bike pretty good - right before we were scheduled to move out of state. Bob and Manager Will were so friendly and FAST with helping us get her bike in working order *same day*. Super grateful and really impressed with their friendly staff. Thank you so much - you've made one 11 year old girl very happy!
We had help from Christian and it was awesome! We weren't really looking to buy the bikes today, and didn't even want to invest in good bikes yet, but the amount of information and perspective Christian shared with us, made it hard to say no. We ended up walking out with two new hardtails - Salsa Timberjack and Evo Stone Ridge - to begin our biking adventures!
Everyone in this shop is helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to open doors, load bikes and get the work done timely. Highly recommend.
Great place to get your bicycle questions answered, not intimidating at all, and they have a good selection of bike lights.
