I don't know the name of the cashier but my experience with him was so awful and actually pretty hurtful to be honest. The Springfield location is much better, it's just further away but worth it. I understand that its hard working retail and cashiering is unpleasant, especially if you're the only register open. Been there. Empathize so much. BUT I was literally the only customer he had and even before that, he assumed I was shoplifting based on my appearance. So dude needs to re-watch the training videos or possibly reconsider his role in the company. Like maybe one where he's not around people. Beyond that i did get a pretty cool decorative tray. I like it. Neon green!

As with everything it has gotten more expensive. I do like the layout of the store and the selections. And the staff is really funny and great customer service.
Only place in town I've been able to find cream savers! Blast from the past! Stoked! Also the employees are very nice and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Great prices. Good selection of stuff.

Disappointed, the deals were nothing to write home about, no different than prices at Walmart or bi mart
I adore Big Lots & their coupons! The store is never crowdedly busy & it's a joy to take my time shopping at. The staff is always listening to my input or helping me with questions. Their selection of stuff is grand too. I like the Springfield & the Eugene locations equally. The rewards club works really well to get me additional dollars off all of my purchases too! The prices are already so affordable, but the coupons & discounts help wven more.
