purchased these Keen's from them last summer, and one of them is falling apart. I went into the store today and was first told I must have stabbed them with something that never happened and then was told they wouldn't replace them because they couldn't locate the purchase. So I guess their return-avoidance policy is 1 blame the customer; and 2 make the customer responsible for the information they put in their system. After over 30 years - Way to lose a long-time customer! UPDATE - after I went home, I found that I had actually saved the original shoe box, and much to my delight, I had the receipt. I returned to Burch's the following week, and though the first person I spoke with initially tried to waive me off telling me I was just outside of one year, the other person behind the counter the owner or manager? spoke up and confirmed I had been in the prior week under a year, so they made the exchange after all. Never explained why they couldn't locate me in their system the first time around, as it referenced right back to my credit card when we did the exchange. Upgraded review by one star [1-2 range]

Tried on my first pair of Hoka's today. Felt good but within an hour or so my right foot started to go numb. Went right back and picked up a pair of Brooks which have been my previous 2 pairs purchased. Swapped and refunded about 20 bucks with no questions asked. Never been unhappy with this store.

My son is very big for his size. we have come here in the past because the employees seemed knowledgeable and helpful. I tried to come today and the manager Christina was rude and incredibly unhelpful. I was prepared to spend $500 on all new shoes for my son because again he grows quickly and has sensory needs but I ended up leaving empty handed because I was overwhelmed at the lack of service by the manager. Deeply disappointed since I really prefer to shop local instead of online.

I got the footbeds replaced on some Dr Martens vintage sandals with dry rot at this location, and they did an excellent job. The price was super reasonable and service was super speedy. Thank you guys!!
