Worst case of fraudulent advertising. So called managers were rude and not properly trained how to speak to customers. Took my 94 year old Mother in her wheelchair there on Sunday for their 20% off entire purchase weekend. While walking through the store we came shelves of plastic totes with signs on them saying CLEARANCE 75% OFF. My mother picked out a few she wanted and we proceeded to the checkout where she was charged regular price and then given the 20% off. I advised the cashier this was incorrect and she just kept saying “no, see I gave you the 20% off plus your Big Lots member discount if 10%”. I explained the totes were 75% off per their signs on the shelves. She again repeated the same thing. At this point we just paid and left as it had been a long day and we needed to get back home. The next day we sat down and figured out what we should have paid and then returned to the store to speak with the manager. First I went back to where we had found the totes and found they were already utilizing the shelves for Christmas items. We then went to speak with the manager and explained the situation. The manager then said well it was not on all the plastic totes. The 75% off was on lawn and garden items. Nowhere on the signattached picture does it say lawn and garden items only. I explained these signs were hanging on the shelves where these totes were , nowhere near their lawn and garden section which was in the back corner of the store. The manager just said I’m not going to argue with you and even if they were 75% off their system was not recognizing the price change and they have no way to do a price over ride. REALLY???? All items were returned. I would not recommend shopping in this store where they advertise items on sale fraudulently, are rude to their customers and will lie to customers to cover just so they won’t be wrong and not correct their own mistakes. Shameful business tactics.
I want to start off by saying the employees were amazing.They help me find all the items I needed .. Wow Big lots has stepped up their game good quality items with low pricing guaranteed I will shop here again
When the Coral Springs store couldn't find the item we wanted the sales lady called the Plantation store reserved it for us and gave us a loyalty discount that amounted to $130 off because we had to drive there to pick it up.
Not great food section almost nothing on shelves. And the animal section as well prices are marked wrong cheaper in other stores.
My favorite stop by quick shop..simple store just like me simple but they have great bargains.
Very nice Big Lots. Used the call ahead - pick up service for the first time. Everything we ordered was waiting at the cash wrap and all we had to do was show the pick up email. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Even got 15% off coupon for ordering ahead online. :

Wonderful loving customer service everyone in the stores like my family and my friends I recommend all of my personal family and friends to come to this Big lots the service is always like family always feels like home and the last time I visited this store was about 3 weeks ago like the middle of February and I'm so grateful that I came because I was welcome back after having come to the store about a good three or four years I still love the customer service I still love the products and I still love the furniture thank you for your service I give you 10 Stars not 5 but I know five stars is the maximum
Very friendly and helpful staff. This store is like a discount department store and they carry a variety of products.
I recently depleted $one thousand and five dollars$ on this mattress and boxspring at Biglots. I seriously regret it, smh. My experience with biglots has been awful. Delivery was terrible, explaining my situation to the store manager, oh goodness horrible, and at the end of it all, it doesn't even feel like the mattress that I choose in the store, and I will be returning. I would never tell one of my Broward Health co-workers to purchase a bed from biglots lol smh! Too bad u must give a star, cause I sure didn't wanna give any stars ‍ Overall, Jonathan who is an employee of Biglots, great worker!
