Scoured the mall for dress shoes and JCPennys was for the win. We found somewhat a decent pair. The only thing was the service the people there acted as if they did not want to he there. On the plus side we got a great discount
If you need pictures go here to their portrait studio!!! JCPenney ALWAYS do a great job when it comes to pictures! Diego was great and I'm sure he's ALWAYS like that with all the customers. He was courteous, patient, and very kind!!! This kind of customer service was truly appreciated!!!!!!!
I purchased a watch from the location in Coral Springs so i decided to purchase another one and I went into the BROWARD location. I was standing by the case for a while before I received assistance, it’s Christmas Eve so that’s understandable. I was approached by an associate named Jane who I asked to show me a couple watches similar to what I purchased in Coral Springs. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. At one point she told me to hurry up and decide because she has to go. I had my 6 year old son with me and I did not want to create a scene. I purchased the watch and she rushed away to go stand in another area with more expensive product. I then looked into my bag and saw she just threw the watch in the bag no cover on it or care in the world. After I waited again to speak to someone else about her behavior only to find out that she was the supervisor for that area. I explained what happened to another associate and showed her the product i purchased, she was nice enough to cover it with a box since it did come out of the case and wrap it in paper for me. This associate talked me out of returning the watch and going to another store Christmas spirit and all. I am disappointed at the level of professionalism and rudeness that Jane reflected towards me. Whether or not you are buying a 100 dollar watch or a 5000 watch you should treat the customer with the same level of respect and courtesy. I will not be shopping back in this location.
Always liked JCPenney but this store has had better days. Very bad selection for Big & Tall. Sad, starting to look like a clearance store. Got some great deals though.
JC Penney has thee worst customer service ever. I purchased 8 shorts my son in November. Was supposed delivered by Dec 5th. Never recipe the package. Called and was told the package must have been lost. I did not receive any notice and was told by rep no way to issue a refund on his end and he hung up on me. I am disputing with my bank. Do NOT do business with this shady company unless maybe in stores but certainly not onlineAm surprised they are still in business.

Wow. Jcp plantation. Associate telling me she is going to kill me for opening mens dress shirts and trying them on. Great customer service. Then because she was mad did not come to the register.

Judith was very rude and unprofessional and i had an extremely disrespectful encounter with her. She claimed she was a supervisor and said that it wasn't her problem when there ended up being an issue with an item i was purchasing.
If you're looking for great deals... Take a trip to JC Penney... you will find the best quality selection of everything you searching for. I recommend it. A +
