I had ordered an arrangement online for my wife. She is starting a new job and I had requested that they be delivered the next week on her first day. Instead, Bitsys delivered it the same day as I had ordered them. I called in to see why they delivered them a week earlier, I was told, with an "oh well" attitude that they had made a mistake. No apology or an offer to do something. I will never use Bitsy's again.
