AMAZING!!!! I searched for a while trying to locate a florist in Abilene. When I clicked on "The Florist on Hickory Street" there were not any pictures or information on them, so I decided to call. Bruce answered the phone and I immediately felt at ease. He was so pleasant to work with. I gave him an idea of what I wanted along with my budget and location for delivery, which was way out on Fort Phantom. He was able to capture my mother in law in the arrangement they created!! I would HIGHLY recommend this florist to all friends and family!!!!!
Bruce and Kimberly are the best in the business. They represent the finest quality and back it up with 1st class service. I've been using The Florist on Hickory Street for many years and will continue to for many more to come. I had them do a Tiffany's arrangement and it turned out amazing. You be the judge....
I ordered flowers for my daughter who is a senior at ACU. I live 6 hrs away and wanted her to get a special delivery on her birthday. I asked for the primary flower colors to be pink and green but left the choice on the exact arrangement up to them. They did a beautiful job of making the arrangement just perfect for her birthday! My daughter was delighted and I was pleased with the quality and beauty of the arrangement for the price. I will definitely use The Florist on Hickory Street for any future floral needs.
I bought the pretty in pink bouquet as a sympathy gift for a friend. She received them on the date scheduled. She said they were beautiful and smelled very good. Thank you for helping me brighten her day. This was my first time ordering and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
I ordered a gift basket for my granddaughter. I didn't really know what I was getting but The Florist on a Hickory Street excelled my expectations. My granddaughter loved it! They do an excellent job on anything I've ever ordered from them.
4.5 stars. So I ordered the flowers off the website. It's hard to pick something that is shown in a picture, and be unsure if your getting what you paid for. Well I got what I paid for. The flowers I picked out for my mom's birthday arrived and they were beautiful. I was in awe. They showed up exactly as in the photo. I was very satisfied. They would have been 5 stars except everytime I called no one would answer. It worried me that being from out of town I could not get a hold of anyone to check on a status. Other than that, beautiful. I am glad she received the best. She said they smelled like Christmas.
This is my Go - To Florist to serve my family in Abilene. I am a florist in Houston but all my family is in Abilene. This florist has been there with great customer service to fulfill my special requests , going out of her way to get me what I am looking for , even with the limited availability of floral selections there in Abilene. She takes her orders personally and fulfills them with good value. I recommend this florist as a customer and as another professional florist in the industry.

I placed an arrangement to be delivered for my bosses 50th birthday. Came back from lunch and asked if the arrangement was delivered, nothing. Called and spoke with someone who said mine was next to be delivered, ok fine. Called again 2.5 hrs later still nothing. Felt like I was being ignored since they could see my name on the caller ID. I'm very upset with my experience here. I tried to do something special and was afraid my boss wasn't going to get arrangement by end of day. I will not be doing business here again.
Ordered from out of town online and everything went smoothly! The recipients said the flowers were beautiful and the florist did a great job.
