Absolutely terrible employees. work harder than needed for scanning items. they can clearly see you have 20 of the same single item still make you put it all on belt for them to scan each individually... so glad other stores are actually cheaper to buy from for most things when you look at it deeper. Also would rather spend a little extra to never shop here again. The pay through app is actually amazing so you don't have to deal with the stupidity of public more than needed this day an age.

Every time I’ve stopped in this fall at least one item rings up a few dollars higher than marked on the shelf. When confronted the customer service agents will deny any price discrepancy unless you go take a picture of the shelf. Seems they’re taking advantage of those who don’t scrutinize their receipt. For instance toilet paper advertised at 16.99 rings up at 20$

Just the fact that they took away the scanners drops the 3 stars because I really liked going there. It's bad enough that we have to be the cashier for which we do not get paid for. Some of the bulk items are near impossible to scan such as water, it also slows down the check out process. I can't see any reason why they took them away.

While checking out ..I was told by the cashier, if I fill out an application I could get the next level membership...which allowed more discounts..gas etc which I did. What I got was a BJ'S credit card in the mail..I don't like to be lied too!!! Taking my business back to Costco which are much more reputable!!

I love this BJs. Been a member for several years now. Great prices on products I use and also lots of coupons in store or on the app digitally. The app is so easy to use and search and it takes all the coupons off my order automatically at checkout. They almost always have everything I need in stock. Lots of meat and frozen meal options which is perfect for my family. Also a fresh bakery and deli section with rotisserie chickens that are delicious for dinner. Ready made sides too. Highly recommend becoming a BJs member and shopping at this location.

We love shopping at Pittsfield BJS for all our home needs. I also purchased glasses from the optical department and I am extremely happy with their product and service.

Its nice to go into a BJ's anywhere and know the products. That being said, there are slight variations from store to store. It could also be due to the day / time we went. There was not so much fresh fish and also not so many meat options. There were plenty of disinfectant products tho - Lysol wipes, sprays, paper towels etc...

We have been members of BJ’s wholesale ever since it built in Pittsfield. We get extended membership thanks to a group deal of three months added to the year. Honestly if you buy some gas here, your paper products and toiletries, and a few other items you will save enough money to cover the membership cost. It’s also great for new parents do to formula and diapers savings. This place also has a gas station pumping area with free tire filling. The gas prices are the lowest around.

Always find something new. Great produce Large selection Grains, canned goods and frozen foods abound. Friendly and helpful staff

Our first visit was not a very welcoming visit. I am disabled and the 1st motorized cart had a bad wheel and the 2nd had a vibrating front end. We were pressurized to the point of being impolite to get a longer membership than the 90 day coupon that we had. On checkout we had a care-less "helper" at the self checkout booth. All in all it was a disappointing visit.
