It's exactly what you'd expect a standard Wal Mart to be. You go here when you're in the area and are in need of general merchandise without any of the fluff of name brands. Again, it's Wal Mart. The employees act accordingly. Some are nice, but the company treats them poorly and they have no incentive to go over the top for customers rightfully so. It's fine. You know what you're getting into when you go to Wal Mart.
Not bad but not great, went for a food shop but was a bit disappointed. The lack of selection was surprising. Prices were decent though of course - far better than bigy prices surely. Would be outstanding if more organized and wider selection.
To me, Walmart always feels strange inside. Sometimes long checkout lines. Staff often point you in the wrong direction. Exit security makes me feel like a like a shoplifter every time. Experienced shoppers know to have their receipt out and bags open. The best thing is when security is looking through someone else's bags and you just stride through. A major manufacturer told me how they have to reduce product quality to meet Walmart's reduced wholesale buying, even in products of the same make and model of higher quality elsewhere. Is this true? I can't know for sure. But you know, prices like this are very helpful to the community. Jobs like this are also very helpful to the community. And they probably have the oddball thing you need.
I was there to purchase some window fans as well as some electronics. I placed my items on the conveyor belt. The cashier looked at us and greeted with a smile as she finished with the customer before us. When it was our turn, she turned out her light and asked us to take our items to a different register because she is closed. She should have said something to us before we placed items on the belt. We left our purchase and found the same items at Target. Very disappointed.
I have just had the best experience at the auto dept. at the Pittsfield Walmart. Every technician to whom I spoke was so patient, caring, and professional. Due to the nature of my issue, I had to come back three times, and each time I also saw them interacting with other customers, and could not believe how patient, helpful and caring they were with each inquiry and each passing customer, no matter if it was checking them out, unlocking the door, answering questions- you name it, and they were so nice !!!!!!!! Thank you so much !!!!!
I was at Walmart on Monday to buy some soda. price was $3.49 I went yesterday it had gone up $2. Dry dog food went up $20! Please don't tell me it's supply problems.
Stipped and fell on my back on wet floor hurt my right foot and knee also broke glass on my phone store manager was nice filling out paperwork and the Famil that helped me off the floor would like to thank them. Employee they went and got to clean it up seemed a little put out he had to clean up
Kacie from the Garden department was very pleasant and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews on Google but her customer service stood out to me. Walmart needs to give her a raise.
Bought something at electronics. Just a headset. Guy in electronics was a great help but omw out there was this lady near the doors and i felt weird just walking by not saying nothing so I approached and said "I bought this in electronics so I'm all set" then she says "oh so where's your receipt?" In a fresh tone of voice and nasty look, I presented my receipt just to have it ripped out my hand, she takes a real long look at the receipt and back at me, mind you I only have one headset. Bought nothing else so it should've been quick but she basically made me feel like I was being basically discriminated like I'm some punk tryna run out the door... Makes real sense that someone trying to steal would stop and talk to the person at the door tho right? Like if I was stealing don't you think I would've kept walking and said nothing to you bit**? She didn't stop me, I was the one who stopped to talk to her. Guess that must be a common robbery tactic I'm unaware of, since I don't rob stores. Whoever you are African American woman, you need to check yourself and your attitude before you get yourself a real problem you can't handle. To the African American man in electronics, well done, Great customer service, was real helpful. Unlike the other lady at the door who had nasty attitude ripping my receipt out my hand. Even my grampa was the one who said something to me after about discrimination so I know it wasn't just me who saw what I saw.
Good store has mostly what you want the grocery part is a bit small. I find it strange that they have different prices online and in the store and they don’t want to sell it for the online price.
