Black Hills State University

The UCRC is the closest thing Rapid City has to a honest to god accredited community college, which is honestly something the city needs bad. I think my former peers from SDSMT can agree, that discovering the UCRC to take gen eds in person on a work friendly schedule was like discovering nirivana for the THIRD time after inducing amnesia to experience it again. I've met so many chill, well meaning people from peer to professor here, and the staff have been supportive in helping you iron out outliers to your educational excellence. Huge potential, hopefully the city realizes what it has.

The staff is helpfully. I have my associates from here but am transferring due to the lack of classes available and the limited options for majors. I haven’t liked many of the professors m at the Rapid City University Center due to their blatant disdain for conservatives and Trump supporter, but if your openly liberal you should be fine.

At first glimpse it is cute yet small. When you enter your area welcomed by everyone. This is a great university center for those with busy schedules like parents, military, retired, etc. The educators are experienced and helpful whenever you need a question answered. Affordable with great ratings! This is a great university to get ahead in your education!!!

Expensive degrees and some difficult staff members but get your degree and make a new you!
