Blair Counseling and Mediation seeks to provide information and thoughts on marriage, divorce, parenting and co-parenting, spirituality, depression, anxiety, anger, and addictions.
"In the best interest of kids we provide marriage counseling and divorce mediation. The heart of the matter is to reduce conflict. Hopefully improved relationships can reduce stress, more than they create stress.When a person is happier they also become better partners. To help support individuals, adults and kids, we also provide individual counseling with multiple specialties. Our goal is to find effective tools to manage anxiety, anger, addictions, ADHD, autism, trauma, depression, and grief. For those experiencing a difficult divorce co-parenting and reunification therapy is also available. Spanish, and Christian counseling is an option by request.Our goal is for each member of the family to feel supported and understood."
