The blinds did what our sales consultant, Patrick, said they’d do, reduce heat while allowing light into our home. The installer, Christian was punctual and did a great job putting them up. Everyone was helpful, professional and we couldn’t be more pleased.
The salesperson was helpful in selecting a style and type. The installer made precise, accurate measurements. Availability of the blinds took extremely too long but were delivered per the estimate and installed as scheduled satisfactory.
Started off well at the store. Made an appointment for measurement. Cancelled within the hour the old system error routine. I didn't complain and accepted the new schedule. Someone shows up at my house on a different day other than the one agreed upon. The next day, I get a call for the go ahead to proceed to production. As any smart consumer would, I asked questions about the new, higher pricing and timeline and the 2 changes in the measurement schedule. Ms. S.E. From Metuchen branch seemed exasperated having to answer my questions. At one point she even said I should be grateful she's "looking out for me" and she wanted to send me not just anyone but someone who would do a good job. Shouldn't that be for every customer?? The installation went from 10 days to 58 days to maybe 6 weeks for a long valance. Or I can get a partial installation and wait for the other parts. Will update if I decide to go ahead with the project.
Terrific experience with Blinds to Go!! From selection to installation, I was very pleased. Would definitely use this store again in the future.
I don't think I would get blinds from them again. After a week one blind drop, then a month later another. I don't think it was installed properly. But I am glad I didn't pay to much. If I would have gotten expensive blinds and they were installed and this happened I would be upset. But I will take this one and leave it be. But If you can go somewhere else highly recommended.
Salesperson Anjoe was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions in the showroom and blinds arrived earlier than scheduled. I had some problems with my self install and blinds to go sent someone out the next day. I purchase some vinyl vertical blinds and we are happy with the choice and looks.
Staff was awesome and very helpful! They blinds took a long time to be produced. I was informed that the delay was due to the pandemic. They guess that there is a post-pandemic effect for manufacturing that delays the entire process. THE BLINDS ARE AMAZiNG.. they are solid red. It accentuate the home nicely.. Competive cost!!!!!
I had a scheduled appointment for 5 days and the day of my installation, during the time they should have arrived at my house, the rep called me to advise my product is in transit and I need to reschedule my appointment! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable
We are very happy with our new shades and verticals! Al did a great job with the installation. And thanks to Patrick for all his help.
Excellent customer service from the Menlo Park location and installation by Jason. This is our 3rd order from Blinds to Go!
