Received my order of 22ct Hardanger in tobacco. Absolutely love it. It's always hard to judge colors on a computer but this is a very satisfy rich golden brown. There was a tiny hitch because a second color I wanted was not available but now I am glad it wasn't because now I can make two coordinating runners. Thank you, Jim, for the early communication and fast shipping. I will be back!
I special ordered a canvas from a trunk show in April of 2021. I have emailed numerous times about the status of the order with little to now response and recently requested a full refund of the full payment I made. I was told a refund would be forthcoming. Two weeks later, I still have not seen any evidence of a refund being processed and no response to two additional emails that have been sent since. I believe I have been beyond patient and understanding. While the pandemic created some supply issues, I have seen this particular canvas in numerous trunk shows since I made my order and another shop is running a class using the canvas at the end of April so the canvas is available.
NEVER order from this shop. I purchased fabric in March and was charged. I asked when it was shipping and received no answer. Now I look and they charged my card AGAIN even though I never ordered anything else. I'm contacting my fraud department as I type this. They are crooks who steal your money, don't answer emails or calls. EDIT: I had to blast their social media in order to get a response. They said I will be refunded and my order sent but that remains to be seen considering other people have left reviews stating they never got the product or a refund
I ordered over $90 in fabric back in April of 2021. I have not received it. I have contacted the company several times and am told that due to COVID the dyes aren't available or the fabric is not available. I understand, at this point I have asked for a refund that I have yet to receive. Would not order from this company. I hope there will be a resolution at some point. I have now contacted the BBB they have not responded. I have called and sent 2 more emails with no response.
I love this store and have been in the store, so wonderful, shopped with them on retreats and ordered from TN! There was an understandable delay but not long and both brothers and wives are so sweet and kind!!! No one during the pandemic can get orders to you right away but they got me all I wanted! They have great inventory and I would love to stitch in their bright, lively store but live too far away! I highly recommend them!

Such a lovely, helpful staff, and wonderful assortment of supplies - this place truly lives up to the name “Needleworker’s Delight!” My sister now lives in Boston, but a trip to Needleworker’s Delight is a MUST every time she comes home to visit! We wouldn’t shop anywhere else : Edit: update with the current work in progress!
I adore Needleworker’s Delight! Kevin and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable and there is a huge selection of products. I would recommend checking the calendar on their website to confirm hours.
Almost $180.00 worth of merchandise immediately charged to my account. Emailed after a month and was told they would check. They did not get back with me. 2 months later emailed with no response. I know this isn't as long as many have waited but I have a feeling nothing is forthcoming. Have contacted my CC company.
Terrible shop, they said my order would take 8 weeks to produce but the reality was that they failed to deliver it after more than 6 months! After repeated negotiation they finally agreed to give me a refund, but I still haven’t received it after 2 months. When I checked with them they always say they would process the refund soon!!!! Liar. This is a shop with no integrity at all, please avoid at all cost
