Over the course of 12 years this is my third time purchasing from Blinds to Go and I am pleased with each purchase. Quality and service are great, communication prior to installation is excellent, installer was professional, meticulous, and quick. I am very happy with this company and its products. My blinds in my bedroom look amazing and they immediately upgraded the look of my room.
Chris greeted me warmly when I walked in. I knew what I wanted, and he quickly put the order together. He did confirm with someone else in the store that the total length of the shade made sense based on my measurements. When I left he asked to double check my measurements when I got home, and he followed up with me to make sure that I did. The shade came in quickly, and I was emailed to pick it up. Chris was there when I arrived and checked me out quickly. He was terrific Great service! And my husband installed the shade with no problem. Love the shade! Thank you!
Installation went well. Blinds look great. Only 1 issue. Brian the installer discovered a slight imperfection on one the side panels that he couldn’t correct. He advised that a new panel would be replaced and that we would be notified when he can come back and replace it.
My wife and I just stopped in here to figure out blinds for our custom home. We admittedly had no clue what we wanted. We worked with Dave Wetherhold, and he was awesome. He helped us figure out everything, and we left feeling so good about it all. Not only that, but they are already coming to our custom home tomorrow to measure...talk about prompt service! We will be doing all of our future shades etc. with confidence because of how great of an experience we had.
Good concept but no practical for the area he person. This establishment only does custom blinds. Most people was simplistic items that they can grab and go. The staff there also should be more receptive to gust coming into their store. While everyone has to wait their turn no one should be in the store for over a half hour and no one comes to help them.
I had a vision of what we needed for our windows in our newly renovated office space which is in an old farm house. Tiffany helped me decide on what would work best for our windows even though they all measured a different size, have to admit I was a little nervous. Tiffany assured me that the fit would be great and I felt confident in what she advised for measurements. Appreciate all the help she gave me throughout the process and the excellent instructions for our self install. Got them installed, they look great and we are receiving lots of compliments on them. Thanks again for all your help Tiffany.
Another great experience with Blinds to Go. We were living in Flemington, NJ and recently bought a townhouse in Easton, PA. We ordered our blinds for the new place in Somerville, NJ. Ari took great care of us and was excellent! We waited about 12 weeks for 18 window blinds and verticals for our sliding doors. It was well worth the wait. Once we moved in, the Whitehall, PA store sent over an installer. Bob Haigney was the installer and was amazing! He showed up on time and was a true expert in his work. He told us he'd been doing installs for a very long time. Within a few hours, all the blinds were installed and look great! I'd highly recommend requesting Bob Haigney for your install in the Easton, PA area if you can get him!
Their honeycomb blinds have lasted us close to 25 years. We recently encountered problems with the cords on 2 of 6 blinds. It was difficult to get them to rise or drop. When we brought them back, they honored their Lifetime Warranty. They were ready for pickup in just a few days. We will definitely continue to use Blinds To Go for future needs. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I recently had a Blinds To Go motorized shade installed in the entryway in my house. I paid for the measurement and installation. The cord was not long to reach the outlet. I expected the cord to be the correct length to reach the outlet. I expected the cord to be tacked neatly against the molding so it would not be noticeable.Before deciding on this purchase, I spoke with the Blinds To Go sales associate about how the cord would look once it was installed. Below is a picture of the installation. The brown extension cord is my extension cord that I gave the installer so we could see if it would work. I called Blinds To Go Whitehall, PA immediately to report the problem. I have not heard back from them. I like the shade but I expected a professional installation. I am extremely disappointed that a Blinds To Go manger or customer service representative has not contacted me.
