We had a very bad experience at this store. We use go to Montgomery store and we've never been disappointed at Montgomery. We went here only once while visiting our friends, we bought an infant seat. When we went back home and assemble it, we found that the seat is dirty, with stains everywhere. The seat looks like heavily used and never cleaned or refurbished correctly. We were very disappointed, we called the store to explain the situation and the lady on the phone said simply if you don't like it return it. I told her that when we buy something we expect it to be in a good shape otherwise clearly stated, and she simply repeated, if you don't like it return it. This is a 1 hour trip from our place. The lady was very rude. This is very unprofessional and bad for the store reputation, they should inspect their products properly before reselling them.
Place is great. Fantastic selection of clothing. Had my grandsons size. Better selection than other stores in the area. Had name brand products Fair Prices. Good sale prices Clean and well maintained Facility. Easy parking. Well lit inside store Friendly Staff
Great store which offers a variety of baby things in each section. The staff went out of their way to help us find what we needed.
I just want to give a review on the manager that’s always greeting everyone and has a smile on his face. This Manager is very compassion to every customer he listens and tries to resolve any issue or concern you have, thank you for making my bye-bye baby experience amazing especially because I just had a baby. His customer service was spectacular. I highly recommend this location
Almost all of the employees are completely miserable. I don’t know if it’s a bad company to work for or what, but we have spent thousands here and there have been MAYBE two occasions where an employee was good natured and helpful. I tried returning a defective baby monitor and a woman named Bee attempted to help me. Her general demeanor was more like a DMV employee than someone helping out new moms and dads. She called over a manger whose name I can’t remember - the manager had a distinct tone of suspicion...like I was trying to get away with something by returning a $200 monitor that was a piece of junk. She just kept questioning me about each individual thing that was wrong with the monitor rather than trying to help me return it. Even after extensive explanation, she couldn’t seem to grasp that the monitor Project Nursery is well known for just being junky and not working right. All in all, she said that despite the fact that I had a registry at Buy Buy Baby - I didn’t have a gift receipt and she could help me. Then she suggested that I call Project Nursery for technical help. If the store can’t return the product - fine. But, don’t treat me like a heroin addict at a pawn shop. Just help the customer, try to wretch up a fake smile, and be on your way.
I'll try to make this short. I'm registered here as having a boy. Bought our crib here. I paid for the BuyBuy Baby Welcome Box $16.95 with tax/shipping, received it today and it's for a Girl. Reached out to customer care online, they want me to print out a FedEx label and return the sample box to FedEx. I'm in the hospital and cannot do that as I explained to them. Called customer care, after waiting, they hung up on me, I called back, both times had such horrible connection I could barely hear the person, they were breaking up. I received the same help there, to return the sample box. This is their mistake. They should just send me what I ordered. The sample box is not worth the price or hassle. Never buying from them again due to the entire mess! Also, its basically a sample box nothing worth much.
Decent selection in store. The associates are very nice and helpful. Their online selection is much more abundant. Their return policy is pretty terrible, especially in comparison to their mother store Bed Bath. Items without a receipt recieved from baby shower but not on registry get 20% deduction in price. I also had a bottle warmer from here that did not work properly and they would not return it because it was out of the box. Definitely worth having a registry here, but beware of the returns.
Some cute stuff, but seriously overpriced compared to other retailers. I can find the exact same items on Amazon, at Walmart or target for significantly less than they charge, and find more variety. Considering they are so overpriced, I'd expect them to have nicer baby carriers, but they're extremely limited in their baby wraps & carriers, didn't have ANY nice woven wraps, and no selection of size for wraps. Cloth diaper selection is TERRIBLE & overpriced!
For whatever reasons, this store does not use the checkout aisles but instead the customer desk for check outs. There is not a lot of room in front of the desk and often gets very crowded, and becomes quite time consuming when all you want to do is make a simple return. Staff oftentimes also seems a bit clueless and not always very friendly.
I gave 1 star because I don't have any other option! I purchased a crib from them 3 times I confirmed that I'm gonna receive today . After 2 hours I just checked the status! Surpriseeeeee for some reason?! 5 days delay! It was important for me to receive by today. They have customer care servise but they never help you out ! I will return back the item right away and I will never ever shop anything from them! Never trust their shipment! Go and get something in store ! Well actually don't even buy because eveywher is cheap then BBB!!!!!!
