Printer was down . I had to do work for myself a link and all these steps in order to print something since there machine was out of business. Why should the customer accolade company for machine defects it's a service your providing where customer has to work to get it. Poor customer satisfaction for me.
Simply DO NOT USE CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM SIGN / poster .. they will tell you , 3rd party will be involved, but they will printe it in the store . Quality and the lamination are so bad , very poor . I paid $100 for something does not cost $15..... my advice if you want a poster or a sign for a business go to professional place not staples . What you see online doesn't not show the real thing.
I adore the Staples staff. They’re always more helpful than I need or expect, and their copy/print people are SO DANG FAST. They’re respectful of my service doggo, and she loves the grass to the right of the door.
Whitehall Staples..store # 079 6/1/23..2:30 pm Stopped in to have a yard sign made. Employee at custom sign center could not help me find my project on the website. He was "not familiar with the website". Asked if there was someone else who could help he stated "not really" . Two other employees 10 feet away. I finally found the project and asked if the price shown was what it would cost, or if there were additional charges for lettering. His answer was "i think maybe if you order online that might be the cost but in-store prices are different". So: zero product knowlege..zero helpfulness..getting these few questions answered was like pulling teeth. I walked out. With employees of that caliper, it won't be long until Staples folds like all the other box stores.
This is a pretty ok staples. It is a good size store with a decent selection of items. Sometimes a little pricey, but otherwise okay. Staff is mostly helpful.
Absolute worst experience in this store. I went in to find a rental agreement lease they had none where they were supposed to be. I really needed a lease agreement so I went to customer service I spoke to Aaron who his name tag said he had three years of service there I asked him if he had any more lease agreement forms I asked if you could check around for me he said if we had any it would be in aisle five I then replied to him that I was in aisle five I would appreciate it if He could help me find a lease agreement he said well if it's not there you could look on top so I asked him if he could come and help me look maybe I just missed it he walked over there like he was miserable and upset I asked for help and he suggested me getting a contract or commercial lease then I replied and told him that I don't need a commercial lease or contract I just needed a rental agreement lease if they didn't have it that's fine I'll go somewhere else I saw something on clearance I want to check out so I walk to the only register that was open and associate with the name Stephanie was there until I walked up to the cash register to check out she walked away back to customer service to help another customer I am now sitting there waiting to be helped and checked out and nobody is paying attention to me then Aaron tells Stephanie you have someone at your register she replied with a really nasty attitude I'm talking to someone so then Aaron proceeds to text on his phone at another register for a good two minutes before he decides he can open up that register and check me out as he's ringing me up he answers his cell phone and is like "yo what up bro I can't talk I'm at work" but then still talks on the phone and doesn't even tell me how much my my things are he just wait for me to pay him I saw in the little screen the total I give him money and he proceeds to talk on the phone until I get my receipt and I leave absolutely unacceptable and completely rude those two store associates. I won't be back
Poor customer service and an even worse final product. The store cannot make custom holiday cards, they cannot even scan a picture properly- see the images for yourself. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Found out that there is 25% off for veterans. Then I bought an ink cartridge and they said it doesn't apply. How can you offer something then turn around and say no. Never going back there ever.
Great place to shop and everybody there is very helpful
This Staples has helped me out of a bind many times now. Great service, timely, attentive, and they know how to make it work. Thanks Kenny
