I had a great experience at my appointment. Denise, Naomi and Jorge answered all my questions and were extremely easy to talk to. They were patient and friendly. Denise also eased my nerves when it came to my cleaning. Dr. Chin was very sweet and not intimidating at all! Dental offices freak me out thanks previous bad experiences but not this one. The facility is and has been clean every time I've visited! I've recommended this practice to everyone I can.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The dentist was top notch and explained everything to my satisfaction. Michelle was patient, knowledgeable, and obviously had our interests at heart. Extensive treatment plan, but excited to see the light at the end.

First time patient, very pleasant experience. Didn't have to wait long at all to get seen. All the staff were very professional, personable and polite. I felt that I was in good hands despite not really being a big fan of dental appointments. I am thankful the my husband and I found the right place.
I had to switch dentist. Bliss Dental expects payment up front, which is customary; but when you try to get reimbursed for services not rendered, it takes more than 3 months to get reimbursed.
Today I had to have a tooth pulled. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but the staff made me feel totally comfortable! The dentist was the best I’ve ever had! I will no longer put off going to the dentist because I now have an amazing team that I will look forward to going to see!
Dr Prenzel completed my wisdom teeth removal and he is by far the best oral surgeon in the area. He is experienced and knowledgeable and put me at ease. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to make informed medical decisions about choosing to be sedated. Staff was profesional and friendly and I was in and out within an hour. Dr Prenzel followed up with me by phone the next day to ensure I was okay. This clinic accepts United Concordia and cost me half of what other clinics had quoted me and I had no issues with billing. I would highly recommend Dr Prenzel for anyone who needs to have their wisdom teeth removed.

I completely enjoyed my dental visit. It was the first in my 25 years that I have an amazing experience. I have sensitive teeth and gums and today I was worried about my visit. It was such a smooth and painless process. My cleaning was awesome and I didn't flinch or feel a thing. My dental assistant Rosa was such a sweetheart and caring, from the X-rays to making sure I was good and if I had questions she could answer, She explained full detail in what my next steps will be and how the process will go. My hygienist Bernie was the best ever, very gentle and funny and informative. Truly the best dental clinic I've been to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bliss Family Dentistry of El Paso Southeast.
