Dr. Stuart did an excellent job. I had a root canal. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Dr. Stuart was very thorough in performing the procedure. The office staff were very courteous and accommodating. I did not have to wait for a long time after I arrived on-time. I had a very positive experience.
Very pleasant and helpful front desk, excellent care, I even fell asleep during the procedure root canal. The doctor's assistant was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable and reassured me that I was going to be fine, I was a little concerned about pain and she was right. No pain whatsoever during or after the procedure. The doctor answered all my questions and did a great job. I highly recommend them!
Caring Staff and Dentists. I had, had a bad past experience with another dentist while getting a root canal, Terry from the office staff encouraged me and even held my hand to while I got the shots. Dr. Holden too was wonderful by being patient, caring and gentle, reassuring me I had nothing to fear. I highly recommend Westside Endodontic Associates.
I can’t say that a root canal is ever a pleasant experience but the doctor and staff did an outstanding job at trying to make the procedure go as smooth and painless as possible. They were very courteous from start to finish and never tried to rush me in and out just to get another person in the seat. I was also amazed that they were able to see me on such short notice, literally 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family. Thanks
Best staff! Best dentists! I was totally mortified to come to the dentists for dental procedures, but Dr. Stuart & his assistants made me feel at ease and no pain. They thoroughly explained everything they were going to do before hand, which helped me tremendously. Now I enjoy coming to the dentist/specialist. Highly recommend them!
I was terrified to learn that I needed a root canal and Dr. Stuart said, "as soon as possible". He did it the same day and I was so surprised and relieved. Not only was he gentle, thorough and listened to me, but, his staff, Janelle and Terri were wonderful. Very Kind and caring. It was, as far as a root canal, a very good experience. I will return in 2-3 weeks for the completion but it was nothing like what I expected and have heard about root canals. You will be in very good hands with Dr. Stuart and the staff.
What an awesome experience with Dr. David Holden and his staff. From the moment I checked in until to the moment I left, it was a first class experience. State of the art technology made a root canal seem as simple as getting a tooth filled. Professionalism at its best across the board. And those with a fear of shots, Dr. Holden has “touch”. Mosquitoes sting harder!
Dr. Holden and staff were incredible from the evaluation through the completion of my root canal. Excellent bedside manner and let’s you know exactly what he will doing right before doing it. I felt at ease the entire time. Highly recommend.
Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, kind and helpful in answering questions. David Holden DMD was wonderful explaining step by step on my procedure of a root canal. A pain-free root canal!! It *IS* possible! I'm a pain wuss and overly anxious. Neither trait served me well this week. My procedure couldn't have gone any smoother. Fast. Efficient. Fully explained. Pain-free. Staff members Dr. Holden, et. al. are all friendly, professional, attentive, gentle, and excellent communicators. Preparatory consultation, procedure, post-procedure follow-up have all been 5-star. Zero deficiencies noted. Highly recommended.
