Description
Blue and Gray Bar and Grill is located in the center of Gettysburg, the heart of Civil War history and that is the basis of our concept. We have 12 specialty burgers each named for a Union or Confederate General and around 30 wing sauces/rubs that have Civil War staple names. We also have a blend of northern and southern cuisine from crab cakes to Carolina-style pulled pork. In addition, we have held on to some local Greek favorites from the original restaurant at this address, The Plaza Restaurant. We will have a sports-bar feel; we will show all the NFL games along with several other sports and serve some elevated bar essentials: wings, burgers, etc.
