Always on-time! ‘Small town’ feel office. Convenient later hour appointments. Jennifer and Nicole are knowledgeable and companionate offering excellent service and personal conversation. Office stall is competent, friendly and efficient with Renee always going above and beyond to be helpful. My husband and I have been a patients with BlueSky Health, Howell, MI now for many years and highly recommend.
Nicole Hawkins in the best PCP I’ve ever had. She’s very knowledgeable and takes what the patient needs/wants into consideration. Never had to wait more than 10 mins to be seen, appointments never run more than 45 mins long. Staff is friendly and helpful. This office is ran how it should be!
They don't have enough staff to properly care for patients as a family practice. Especially small children when they get hit hard by a virus or something and you try to get them in quick they never have an appointment they can squeeze you in on and the lady who answers the phone seems to give no cares if they even see you or not like nope sorry were full today take your kid somewhere else good luck, with a lackadaisical idgaf its your problem not mine attitude.
They usually don't have enough staff to squeeze you in for an emergency appointment, 1-2 week wait time. Since I had covid a year ago, I have been battling asthma that I haven't been able to manage well, blue sky medical staff hasn't been taking much measures to find out why, just brushing it off as a long term covid effect. Recently got a second opinion from a different doctor whom I'm getting numerous tests and trying new meds with me.
I am a 70+ year old and I have been a patient for 5 years. This practice is terrific, Mrs. Hawkins is a skilled and very compassionate provider, and Renea makes all my labs, Rx, billing, appts so easy. They always listen, are always on time and always find me a same or next day appt. when I need them. I worked in health care for over 40 yrs. and this is excellent, truly patient-centered care. This office a representation of what a medical facility should look and act like. So many medical practices have convinced themselves that they know more about peoples bodies than the people themselves. As an industry there is this misconception that a doctors office is something other than a purchasable service where business is earned not guaranteed. Blue Sky Health is so much more than that disgusting trend that is so common in America. This office is clean and neat. The office staff is friendly and caring. They are working diligently to actually EARN your business rather than expect it. Nicole Hawkins is knowledgable, patient, swift, friendly, and so much more. She listened to my feelings and thoughts and applied her own advanced knowledge to provide potential solutions and referrals as needed. When I arrived at the office I was immediately seen and did not sit in a room and wait for 20min while some doctor finished chatting with the nurses like most offices. I was scheduled within 7 days of my phone call and would have likely been sooner if it wasn't for my schedule. I am absolutely blown away by the way this practice conducts its business. They should be looked at as a wave of the future for what the pathetic broken medical industry in this country could be. They are setting a new standard that deserves to be recognized. My whole family will soon be at this practice and even if I moved away I will likely make any drive necessary to continue to seek medical care here. Make those medical bills worth it and give Blue Sky a try because I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank You to the staff I worked with today.
I just switched primary care providers as I was extremely dissatisfied with my previous doctor. I now am a patient of Nicole Hawkins and I couldn’t be happier! She is friendly, welcoming, and listens to your concerns. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and it does not feel like any doctors office I’ve ever been to. I feel taken care of on a level I have never experienced before. My concerns are listened to and I feel in control of the care I am receiving. Thank you so much Blue Sky Health! I will be recommending to friends and family.

I was a patient for 10 years. I went 3 years with undiagnosed out of control diabetes that almost took my life. I switched doctors offices and the first visit I was checked and my new doctor was surprised I was still alive. Thanks blue sky health now I have Diabetic neuropathy in my hands and both legs so bad I can’t walk and that I was told was carpal tunnel. How many people have you let die in your care? I hold you all accountable for my poor health because the time was not taken out to give me proper care. Your office is nothing but money hungry in your lack of patient care is shameful.
