Terrible. Wasted over $2000 of my money and time just to tell me to ‘improve my sleep hygiene’ even though I literally got diagnosed with sleep apnea. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
I had a great phone-in experience this morning with IHA and the sleep clinic. I got exactly what I needed and I got it fast. Thank you! The five star rating is based on the 2 years I've been going here. I can't remember one bad experience. The staff is great. Dr. Bhan is a great doctor. She is very friendly, attentive and compassionate. Thank you!
I got an appointment quickly with this office when I was dealing with a very suspicious CT scan. The people at the front desk were very friendly, professional and helpful, and the doctor's assistant was as well. The doctor was wonderful, and I just can't say enough about how well I was treated at this office. I will recommend them to others as well.
The study and diagnostic report were very thorough and accommodating. So, the in-person experience was good. What needs work is the follow-up. I had to call back 3 times after communicated deadlines passed. They don't seem to get back in a timely fashion.
If you are looking to ever recieve a call back or to get decently prompt information regarding testing done do NOT go to this office! Personnel are very friendly when you are there, but after having a big issue with them and waiting a MONTH before they would return any of my calls I have given up. That is not the only time they have had this issue, and I hear I am not the only one. If you need help and dont want to have to call an office everyday hoping to talk with someone, dont go here.
Reception is lacking. Missed an appointment that I showed up 30 minutes early to. Reception said I didn't check in. I literally talked to you and checked in when I arrived. Now they are saying I didn't check in because I stepped out for a few minutes. Now I have to reschedule 2 months out. Scheduling is impossible here too. First time I tried to be seen, I had to wait 7 months. Took me 3 months just to be seen the next time I tried. All they did, when I was seen, was check my vitals. I was suffering from my condition that whole year. I'm tired of being patient with them. I'm done with them. My suggestion, go else where.
I had very good care, the staff is friendly and professional, I called at 8am for results and received a return call at 8:20 am. I feel bad for those who didn't have a good experience, but I am very satified
Dr Hosney is the best. I have severe sleep apnea , and have always had a wonderful experience here!
Dr Bahn has amazing bedside manner.
