We had the absolute best experience with Joe Wenskunas on the purchase of our 2021 Hyundai Palisade! Joe was knowledgeable on the vehicle, showed us all the features and tricks, and made the entire car-buying process as smooth as possible. My husband and I had the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had thanks to Joe - he truly made us feel like winners! Can’t recommend/thank Joe at Bob Brady enough!
Terrible service! I never leave reviews but here goes. I currently have 2 Honda’s both purchased from there and was in talks to go check out a 2023 once in stock. This last level of service received was terrible, it’s obvious someone dropped the ball. I prepaid for a part and the labor on June 3rd and was told the part would be back the following week. 2 weeks later I call to check on it to find out it was back ordered and it would be 3-4 weeks. No problem, even though I felt someone should have let me know the part was back ordered. I wait and call back to check on it after 4 weeks and I’m told the part has been released and it should be shipped to them soon. Another month goes by and I call again, same response also being told any day now we should have it. Another month goes by I call and no one from that area is able to take my call so I leave a message for my call to be returned. No call back. I continue to call until September 30th leaving messages with the receptionist and no one returns my calls. Today 10/21 I talk with my car salesman letting me know the vehicle I had been waiting for is in. I ask him about the part issue bringing him up to speed on what’s been happening. He checks into it and suddenly I get a call from the service dept telling me the part is in and they can schedule an appointment. I tell them how disappointed I am that it has taken so long, asking for an explanation on what happened, how long the part had been in, and why my salesman had to prompt them to call me. No explanation is given and no confirmation on when the part actually came in. Upon asking what could be done to remedy the situation and not hearing anything back I asked for a refund. I’m told a check refund could be issued the following week for the amount I paid, but the amount I paid doesn’t match the amount they show I paid prompting back and forth about how much the refund should be issued for. I finally had to provide a copy of my service receipt and payment receipt as proof of what I paid before the amount of the refund was agreed upon. Ridiculous. How does almost 6 months go by with only me following up regarding a part I prepaid for that was originally supposed to be in after a week? How does their records for the amount I paid not match what my receipts show I paid? And last how was no one able to provide an explanation regarding what happened? The right thing to do would have been to remedy the situation and retain my business as a customer. After all the part had already been paid for.
My review is for the service. I had a tire that needed patched. I removed the wheel from the vehicle and brought it in to these folks since they are so conveniently located right off the interstate. Upon arrival I was told it needed to be on the vehicle so they could make their service ticket. Then I spoke to the service guy who said that lady was wrong and that I could bring in just the wheel and tire. However, I would need an appointment and the soonest appointment they had open was for Thursday today is Monday. I just couldn’t wait that long for a 20 minute job probably more like a 5-10 minute job since the wheel was off the vehicle and all I needed was just a patch. They are not very accommodating for urgent repairs. However everyone was friendly so I give them 2 stars.
Very seamless and streamlined experience! I needed to sell a vehicle to the dealership and they gave me a great price and made the process very easy. In and out in ten minutes. Definitely will be back again.
I’m from Ohio and came across my dream car on Auto Trader and it was located at Bob Brady. Started phone calls with Bob and communication was a little spotty with how busy he was, but he was able to send detailed videos and photos of the car since I wasn’t ready to drive all the way to Illinois to check it out. I got in contact with Chantell and things got rolling. She communicated very well with me about the car and answered all of my questions well, she also helped me out a lot when I was ready to purchase the car but I wouldn’t be ready for another week to pick it up. She made sure the car was detailed and everything was ready for me when I got there! She even offered me a charger so on the drive home my phone wouldn’t die and I wouldn’t get lost. She checked back with me when I got home to make sure everything went well. Her communication was excellent and she was very pleasant to do business with, I’d highly recommend seeking her out if you’re considering buying a car at Bob Brady.
My second visit to Bob Brady. Kim is a delight. She always shoots it straight and has the customer's best interest at heart. Didn't walk out with a new-to-me vehicle but i know the steps i need to take to make my next visit successful to me and the dealership. Thanks Bob Brady for your 100% customer friendly experience
I just want to stay by saying thank you to all the guys who helped me with our new car purchase! We came in looking for my teenagers first car! Exciting time but scary for me and I couldn’t feel more comfortable about letting my child get in to his car. Kyle, my salesman was wonderful from personality to knowledge he worked with the manager Dale to get us a great deal! I also want to mention the business manager Dan who helped me with my paperwork was extremely informative giving me the best options to further protect my child’s new car!!! Thank you Dan, Dale and Kyle keep up the good work!
Great Experience. They were good at keeping us updated on the progress of the vehicle we ordered. Our sales person, Kyle Costello, gave us awesome service. He was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and explained all our car's features and answered all our questions. Kyle made our car buying experience easy and stress free. We love our 2022 Tucson Hybrid.
Kyle Costello was referred to me by a coworker. He quickly got me into a vehicle the same day. My only issue is I rushed into buying something because I needed something then and there I’m not having issues with the way the vehicle runs but I am seeing some issues with the body. It was a trade in so the detail was rushed and sloppy when I bought it as well. They detailed it while I was doing my paperwork.. Kyle himself did a amazing job getting me into something quick and reliable though..
Kyle dealt with my wife for all of this transaction as I was not available. From the first phone call to the handshake at the end he was easy to speak with and took time to explain things. The transaction was very transparent with no surprises. I highly recommend purchasing from Bob Brady and ask for Kyle Costello!
