My daughter had a gorgeous vanity delivered from Bobs. The delivery guys were very nice. They took all the boxes with them and there was no mess. This is the most beautiful vanity I have ever seen. The mirror lights up to 3 settings, it is also full length. Vanity has 6’deep drawers! Vanity stool also has storage! Saleswoman Camille was wonderful. We have had her before and she is very professional and knowledgeable.
Elizabeth was extremely helpful in finding the right mattress and accessories for me. She gave me several options for accessories to include with the mattress but was never pushy when I declined some of them, which I was nervous about when I realized how many things could be added. I ended up finding a great mattress and chose the right accessories for me, and Elizabeth was kind and patient the entire time! Will definitely be using this location again.
Bob’s is always a consistently great experience. This location in particular is superb! We worked with Ozzie and had a fantastic experience. He made sure we got everything we needed and coordinated it to all be delivered on the same day. The crew that came to set everything up was fantastic as well and did great work!
We decided to explore reclining power sofas. we visited 2 other stores. We had purchased from Bob’s before. Pam met us at the door, listened to our request and understood we were “just looking”. We found an item, but wanted to go home to consider our options. 3 weeks later, Pam helped us purchase. No pressure Honest feedback. And we finished paperwork at the lovely coffee/ice cream/candy bar! Await delivery July 25
Had a great experience here today shopping for a recliner. We needed one for my elderly mother. She ended up finding just the one she needed! Who knew it would be right there at Bobs. Great price and delivery in 2 days! I mean come on, what's not to love. Elizabeth the sales associate was great.
Awesome!! Bought a new mattress over the weekend. Seamless transaction all around. From the Sales purchase to the delivery which was prompt and courteous, they took the old mattress and replaced with the new. In and out over and done. Thank you Bob's!!
Returning customer here While my Son and I were browsing Bobs.. Jack was extremely helpful and patient while we shopped for our purchase! We also had many questions that he was happy to answer as well as very informative! We were shopping for boys' bedroom furniture for my grandson. We found one he loves as well as a great comfy full-size mattress to go with it, which was also very reasonably priced! We chose a platform bed with extra draw space and wound up only needing to purchase the mattress without the foundation
Meshing was a fantastic salesman! I had already picked out what I wanted so this was an easy sale. He pulled up a chair and sat beside me while he did the order- I really appreciate him doing that- it really made me feel comfortable. We get the set on Saturday and I’m so excited to have a new dining set!!
Fun sales agent carried hassock to carpets so I could match colors! Great selection, fast service, easy parking. Overall fun experience with reasonable prices too.
Amazing experience! Amanda was welcoming when we arrived and without being too pushy, solidified herself as the rep we wanted to work with! The purchase experience was extremely smooth and we couldn’t be happier!
