What a great, no pressure to buy, experience. Maria greeted my mom and I, letting us know how the store was organized. Initially there to look at kitchen/dining chairs, we ended up looking at chairs for my parent’s living room. My mom found a chair she liked but didn’t plan on purchasing it. However, the kindness from Maria, even after we decided not to purchase the chair, changed our minds. She explained everything to us regarding the purchase price, the goof proof plan, and the service provided with delivery. We made the right choice buying the chair that day. And will be back when ready to purchase new kitchen furniture. And we will will make sure Maria is working. She was so helpful and earned our trust quickly.

The associate Maria provided me and my family with very efficient service. The best thing about her was that she wasn’t pushy and was always welcoming to help when we needed. Hana is an exemplary employee. She multitasked while I was there browsing for couches with my son. She kept moving between customers letting us know she was here if we had more questions etc. which we of course did and ended up leaving with 2 chairs from clearance that we really needed but didn’t know how badly we needed them. It turns out they fit perfectly to our needs. We moved 3 months ago and had no chairs for our table. She is so calm and patient. She’s a keeper. Pay your good employees. We are coming back for a couch eventually since we don’t have one. I’m going to get when we decide. Lastly, I’ve never considered store financing. Knew nothing about it but she explained it so well and I understood how it could play in how I purchase a couch from her.
I went shopping the other day here with my mom and we loved it! Maria R was extremely professional and knew exactly what she was talking about. She was informative and also not pushy at all. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and we appreciate that and all of the time she spent with us. We will definitely be coming back to buy more with Maria. Thank you!!!
Very nice environment, customer oriented and fair prices. The sales person Dustin was very helpful and understanding and I feel is a true asset to the business. We found a great sectional conversion set that offers exactly what we need. I must say thank you to Bob's and to Dustin and Skokie location Manager Dimitri, for making our experience a pleasant one. Shh, there are a few snacks in the back corner of the store too for buyers! Once again thank you!
Maria was very helpful throughout our shopping experience. I was wishy washy about so many things, but she was patient and knowledgeable, which made the buying process easier. While shopping she completed the financing application for me, and she confirmed a delivery date for us as well. I was truly grateful for her today.
We had a magnificent experience with Wayne his middle name. He was attentive without hovering over us. He gave us enough time to look at several couches and would look up the delivery time frame for each couch, which was extremely helpful. Our overall experience was phenomenal!
I ordered a lazy-boy chair. The product is fantastic, but the delivery is not satisfactory. Do not recommend premium delivery services. Get regular delivery. The movers walked in the room with dirty shoes and stepped all over my area rug which I had to clean later. In addition, when I walked out of my apartment, I found that they threw the garbage they took out on the floor in the common area in the building. Extremely dissatisfied. Not worth it, could have done the work myself.
Bought a power sofa. When they delivered the sofa the power recline feature didn't work. They insisted it was just an issue with the power cord, so they sent us a new power cord a couple weeks later. The cord didn't work, so a month and half later they ordered an entire new couch. Guess what? They didn't bother to check if the new sofa worked until the truck got to our house. Well they tested the sofa in their truck at our house and it didn't work! Now we're waiting for them to send yet another replacement. I'm not holding out hope that this one will work properly. The complete and utter incompetence is astounding. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
