I am a Personal Trainer in Atlanta and the surrounding counties. I have an extensive educational background in exercise and fitness. I hold a Master of Science in Health and Exercise Science with a Concentration in Exercise Physiology. I have been a Personal Trainer for 18 years and have worked for various health and fitness spas before spreading my wings and starting my own personal training service. Since opening my business I have authored and published three books pertaining to exercise, fitness and weight management. I am also certified as a personal training studio and instructor to train and administer the Presidential Fitness Test to students. I deliver motivational speeches on nutrition, exercise and healthy living nationwide.
I offer a mobile service convenient to my clients; my services include but are not limited to one on one personal training, group fitness, strength and conditioning, sport specific training, triathlon and marathon preparation, Olympic training, resistance training, injury rehabilitation, pre/post natal, weight management, adolescent, youth, teenage programs, boot camps and senior flexibility programs are also available
