CrossFit Newnan

Came in town on short notice and found this gem. The owner/coach Travis was really nice and a lot of fun. He’s one of the rare CrossFit coaches who has experience outside of CrossFit, which is really nice. The class was welcoming and relaxed and the workout was tough. Great gym.

Thought CrossFit wasn't for me but I was proven wrong. I now know how to lift and have had such great coaching.

This is by far my favorite Crossfit gym. The trainers are amazing, the people are encouraging and my Crossfit family has helped keep me on track and achieve more physically than I expected! Great environment for children as well. They make sure the music that is played is clean and the athletes are also aware that families come with children. Babysitting on site many different times during the week.

Great staff, equipment, and location.
