No matter what your fitness level, Body Image Fitness is designed to challenge you to meet your weight loss goals beyond your greatest expectations.
Body Image offers more than 25 classes, 7 days a week, that is flexible for the entire family. Pre-adolescents and teens age 13 years- 17 years old can workout (under the supervision and approval of parent of legal guardian) to help fight the growing number of obese children.
