Located in Worthington, Metro Fitness North, is where it all began in October 1986. This gym offered 6,000 sq. ft. and was dedicated by Arnold Schwarzenegger at the grand opening. In 1988, it expanded to 12,000 square feet. A new facility was subsequently built and now offers 18,000 square ft. of the best weight and cardiovascular equipment in the area.
Open 24 HOURS during the week starting Monday at 5AM through Friday evening at 10PM. Saturday 6AM to 6PM. Sunday 9AM to 6PM.
