Love how clean this place is and the tanning beds and red light therapy beds are amazing still the best
I love working out here. It's a great place to go. Clean, great equipment. And I really enjoy using the speed bag and body bag to sharpen my skills and get a good cardio in. They have tanning beds too!!
Good gym with pretty much every piece of equipment I would ever need. They have monthly and weekly memberships for shorter term stays, and a military discount. 24 hour access makes it convenient.
Love this place. I'm staying town for just a couple months for some training on base and wanted to avoid the busy gym on base. Place has everything I need to lift or do cardio. I wish there was place like this back home
Great place to train. Quiet, simple and not alot of Meatheads taking all the equipment. Clean and we'll mantained and all at a more then fair price. Also a little nook with tv and internet for the kids
Went up to the door, there was no one there during the day to give you any information on the Gym the cost, it said you could not bring guests, do not knock on the door, very unwelcoming to possible new customers so I decided to move on
This is a great, small gym, they have all the equipment we need to get out workouts done
Sometimes it is too busy for my taste, but I found a time that works for me that is not busy. Love it!
I enjoy it late at night, no humans to deal with. Lol
