Crossfit 1017 is more than a gym, its a community of support, education, and encouragement, not only to achieve goals in the gym but outside as well. We here at Crossfit 1017 believe whole heartedly in FAMILY and the whole person concept.
The main goal at the center of it all, is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving health and fitness goals in ways that are SUSTAINABLE. Being fit should not be boring, monotonous, or terrifying. It should be fun, engaging and done with friends! We here at Crossfit 1017 are made up of a supportive community of members and coaches who encourage and celebrate each other's success.
No matter the diversity of goals, we will ensure your varied needs are met, we offer goal based programs and coaching options. We are here for you whether you are getting back at it after being sedentary for too long, just want to loose a little of that spare tire, trying a new hobby, or trying to find peak athleticism. Our coaching staff has a combined experience of over 30 years and are trained to listen openly to determine the best way to help our clients.
You don't have to be in shape to start, we have clients that range from beginners all the way to elite athletes! We teach people how to move well, which keeps them injury-free and inspired to continue pursing thier health and fitness goals. The long term result is some amazing fit and HAPPY people.

More than 9 group coaching sessions per day, multiple different goal based programs to chose from (everything from strength/Oly programs, specialized military training programs, rehabilitation programs, weight management/nutritional clinics, personal training, and Crossfit), dedicated kids area, showers, and a host of other member benefits. Our favorite of which is gym cook outs and competitions!

Formerly known as Evolved Fitness, the past 7 years have given our coaching staff and management team the experience and knowledge to establish itself as the premier Crossfit and Personal Training establishment in southwest Oklahoma. Our staff here at CF 1017 are passionate about learning, they are constantly educating themselves so that they can share with our community members the most progressive training and nutrition methodologies and get them the results they desire!
