This new location is great. It has the typical Bath and Body Works Items, but it has expanded to toiletries and cosmetics. I was surprised when I saw CBS at this location. Wow the are all grown up now.
Love the store and it's products, but when we went to check out the two employees at the counter completely ignored us in favor of a personal conversation for an extended time. We left our merchandise on the counter and left. When another employee asked if we found everything, we told her what happened and she went to talk to the employees but didn't offer any assistance with our checkout.
My teen granddaughter LOVES this store. I must say, the customer service there was fabulous when I tagged along last winter. I had an issue today with this store canceling a portion of my order, but I went into an online chat session with the company and got my order placed in entirety, with free shipping. Now THAT is good customer service.

My sister, niece, and I spent a few hours in Bath & Body Works having fun smelling all there was to smell. I just wish they could give each person his or her own bag again and let us check out with it. It's a lot cleaner and safer than the in-store bags and baskets.
Blake was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and went in depth with me about the products I was curious about. Great customer service!

I gave Bath & Body Works at the Galleria Mall 1 star. The only reason I didn't give them 0 stars is because the lady standing outside of the store was pleasant to talk to. This was my first time visiting this particular store. As I looked around and smelled the candles I noticed the salesperson Ben asking other people if they were finding everything ok. He looked directly at me and never said a word. So I continued to shop. While shopping I noticed that he only approached white customers to help them with their shopping needs. I went to the counter to make my purchase and I explained to the sales person what I witnessed. Her response was "oh"! Nothing more. Before leaving the store I advised the lady at the front door of the issue. She did apologize. I accepted her apology although ignorance is not her fault! I advised her that I will be reporting this to their corporate office! I will NEVER shop there again. If this is the caliber of people that they're hiring i think that I will refrain from shopping with Bath & Body Works all together.
Had such a wonderful experience with all the employees in the store. I wish i remembered all of their names. Jennifer was very pleasant, kind, and helpful. She answered my questions and made suggestions for me when I was uncertain. I left the store feeling so appreciative of all the employees.
This place was busy. Despite the mask mandate of St Louis county we were still able to smell the soaps and get exactly what we wanted. Check out was speedy. Of course I'll be back.
