About Grace Sparano
Born and raised in Uruguay, Grace relocated to the United States in 1988 where she settled on the south shore of Boston. For the next 14 years Grace built, owned and managed a prosperous commercial cleaning business with close to twenty employees. Time management, organization and follow-up are just a few of the skills that she was able to sharpen and draw upon to create a successful real estate career.
In 2002, while embarking on her real estate career, Grace knew she had her true passion when her first client said “I want to buy a house and I don’t know where to start.” From that moment Grace has worked diligently to build a diverse and loyal client base. She is recognized for her ability to guide people through the process of both buying and selling properties and expertly managing expectations, which has led to a robust repeat and referral business. Grace knows the value of a job well done and strives to achieve that in every transaction.
Grace enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. She is also fluent in both Spanish and English.
