Clean, fast and very friendly. I always feel important and taken care of when I come here. The staff is amazing and Dr. Green was caring and professional.
Dr. Krukow was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and listened. He took his time with us and didn’t seem rushed at all. He was able to answer all our questions and was very friendly. This was our first time at the clinic and everything went so smoothly. We left very impressed with this place!
I've had in general good experiences, but after over a year dealing with this specific issue I just have to say something. Alex Burringo's coordinator's hours are 8am-4pm, which is the only time you are able to get in touch for an appointment. That said, in all this time, I have never been able to make an appointment after noon, which means you only have from 8-11, 5 hours to make an appointment. And I know what you're thinking 'just leave a voicemail!'. I have! So many times! They don't call back! Rarely, very rarely, i'll be able to get a script refilled via voicemail but if I want to do literally anything else I have to tear apart my schedule I work nights and cut my sleep into halves to be able to get an actual appointment. I initially thought that this was just an unintentional mistake, but after its happened consistently for over a year, I can't forgive it. Either actually be available in your advertised hours or change them. Have some damn respect for your patients, please! This review will remain up until this is corrected.
Alex Burringo is the absolute best, most knowledgeable, compassionate, and empowering physician I have ever experienced. She’s amazing! I feel listened to, encouraged, and cared for. I even ended up moving and am still willing to make the drive to see her. I also have been so impressed with the nurses. Always kind, considerate, and aware of how to help me be comfortable during my visit.
I HATE GOING TO THE DOCTOR!!! I had a first appointment with Jessica Juber today and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She made me feel comfortable and I feel like she definitely was listening to me. For 17 years I've been talking to the doctor and she is the first to actually DO something different to help me. 100% would recommend.
I've had the pleasure of working with several Dr's at Bonneville and every one of them has exceeded my expectations. My PCP here is Dr Roberts and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care I have received from him. Not only is he knowledgeable and resourceful he is the only Dr I've ever had who truly cares about my overall health, hears and doesn't dismiss my personal health concerns, and allows me to be fully involved and considered in my long term health care plan.
Always enjoy my visits to Bonneville. Ben's a great PA. Friendly, thorough and cares about his patients. Even laughs at my jokes occasionally. Support staff is always on top of things and keeps things moving along their with a busy schedule.
They fit me in for a problem and I wasn't yet an established patient. Dr. Alex was great. Very friendly and didn't talk over my head with medical gargin.
My family and I really enjoy our visits with doctor Phil Krakow since he's been at Bonneville family practice location. Dr. Krakow is super understanding and very knowledgeable when it comes down to different circumstances and diagnosis within my own family! I truly feel that Dr.Krukow takes that extra step and puts in even time he may not even have to make sure his Patients get the very best care and treatment that they needed! We Certainly have a great appreciation for doctor Phil krukow also we equally appreciate the girls behind the desk and the scene that run the show over at the Bonneville family practice the Flickinger Family Salute y'all and thanks for being there for our Family when it really matters!! * 5 *Stars * from * us! *
I have been going to Bonneville Family Practice for over 3 years now. I’ve been very impressed with the staff and Dr Roberts ever since. They get things done, they are thorough and friendly. I would recommend Bonneville to everyone
