These guys were awesome! Took great care of my spicy teenager who had a deep cut in her leg. The nurse & doc worked hard to make my girl feel comfortable. She was super nervous when we arrived, but by the time we left she was laughing about the whole experience. This will be def be my go-to for all of our urgent care needs!
Great experience for an urgent care. Even on a busy day they were working as quickly as possible. The staff was efficient and kind, they listened and took my concerns into consideration. The Nurse Practitioner took his time reviewing medications to make sure they were safe for me and the best option. Highly recommended.
I had an incident today and needed stitches. I lucked out as there wasn't a wait, but they got me in and out fairly quickly. The staff was so friendly, and the doctor who did the procedure was great too!
I want to thank everyone who took time to post a review of this place. What's with the strep tests? I'm looking for a place to go to be treated for an injury because I'm new to the county. Reading the reviews helps me to know that I WON'T be using this urgent care, even if I think I'm dying. Bizarre. Aren't there any agencies that investigate places like this??? Thank you, everyone! I know where NOT to go!
My wife came here and was diagnosed with strep. She got instructions from the Physician Assistant she saw to take two doses of her amoxicillin at the same time every night. When I did my research, amoxicillin should never be taken together, and this was from numeral sources. Not from one source should amoxicillin or any antibiotic be taken together. I was wondering if there may have been a miscommunication, but when I looked on her medication bottle, sure enough, it said to take both doses at the same time. If you’re considering coming here, you may want to consider other places.
I gave these $130 out of my pocket not insurance money with mind you and was told that they didn't have the tools to help me diagnose my issue and was told to go the emergency room. I don't know how they think they're that valuable when I got absolutely nothing of value for my hard earned money. I basically wasted 130 dollars. And to top they have very poor customer service
The staff basically are thief's they charges my friend $130.00 to take his blood pressure and referred him to go somewhere else. It is a very nice building must cost alot I guess. They refused to give him a refund how can they feel like what they did for him was helpful or worth that kinda of money?
At the time I went the wait was short. The staff was very helpful and kind. The lady Dr. Was ok but very non communicative. Pretty hands off. Still a very smooth experience
A care provider that provides no care. What a waste of money my poor wife walks in after being sick for days and they have the nerve to say it's viral and we can't do anything. Just a heads up for anyone out there. THEY DO NOT KNOW ITS VIRAL UNLESS THERE IS A TEST COMPLETED. There is a reason it is called practicing medicine because it's a guess unless they perform a test. It's a bunch of bull to pay out the nose for insurance and co-pays and have a doctor just flat out not help you. Flat out rediculous and you should be ashamed of the service you provide. You should not have to be an aggressive dilweed yourself to get care for yourself or your family.
I just called 4 times today between 11:59 A.M. to 12:03 P.M. and no one picks up the phone and every time the voicemail says the mailbox is full so there is no way to leave my number for them to call me back. I simply want to pay my daughter’s medical bill but this place won’t even answer the phone!!!!!! I live out of County so this is ridiculous! Clear your voicemail box by returning calls and answer the phone!!!!!!
