My husband and I love Dr. Craig Packham! He always takes care of our needs and also takes time to listen and care. The whole office staff is awesome, too!
Wish I could give them zero but here we are.... I had a biopsy done in 2020 on my thyroid. The doctor said it's probably cancer. Being 20 years old, I was a little stressed. She then proceeded to dodge my calls for TWO MONTHS leaving me to wonder if I had cancer. When I demanded to speak to her manager, I was sent a letter I was being unreasonable ??? And fired as a patient. I had to threaten legal action to find out if I had cancer or not. One of the managers ended up just saying yeah no cancer but.... Fast forward to now. It has been 3 YEARS of trying to get my results. Bouncing from doctor to doctor, being told my own medical information is a HIPAA violation. I work as a nurse. That's not how HIPAA works. And leaving someone to wonder if they are dying or not is cruel. They STILL promise to release the records. They're emailing me now. They'll call my new doctor right away....But.... Nothing. I have to get another brutal painful biopsy done, that insurance has to pay for yet again, because they won't release the results and my thyroid is now closing off my airway so we can't wait for someone to be reasonable here.
They used to be great when Dr. Cooper was there. He apparently quit, and now they won't refill my Lisinopril prescription even one time as I just moved out of state and haven't got a new Doctor yet. I had heart palpitations last night, as you aren't supposed to stop taking blood pressure medication abruptly, but their answer was to make me go pay 75 bucks copay at urgent care to get a "couple weeks worth" after I requested the refill weeks ago when I still had some, and they made no attempt to contact me about not refilling it. It's no wonder Cameron left, he probably doesn't want to be associated with a clinic that doesn't care if their patients abruptly stop medications or if they have other supposed doctors who literally stand in the office with you and Google your symptoms! That's why I quit seeing Craig Packham. Guess what?! I can Google my symptoms for free, but was under the impression doctors are trained and don't need Google when I'm paying them that much. The place is a joke now. Drive to the city and go to a real clinic at the U of U. They're actual doctors who actually help people in need.
Lately, they have been on schedule and we don’t have to wait in the waiting room very long! We love the staff! They are so friendly.
I'm not sure whether to blame Justin Cox or the staff for the terrible experience. I needed an MRI done and the information sent over from their office was vague and poorly done so was the exam so I wasn't completely surprised. Both me and the insurance tried multiple times to get a hold of somebody in their office. I would leave voicemails, text messages, and could never get a response. After several weeks of trying, I switched to another provider and had the MRI ordered, completed and results within 72 hours.
Great doctor's and Physician Assistant's. They're hours are really convenient as they're open from 9 am to 9 pm.
Doctors are great, if you can get in and wait times are a little long.
The office staff was absolutely amazing at helping me and my doctor is the best!!!
The staff has always been super helpful and friendly! Love this office!
Irresponsible and Incompetent. I asked them over and over to refill my medication and they have not. They wanted me to schedule another unnecessary appointment or they would not continue to fill my meds. I scheduled a telehealth appointment, and when time came to check my email for the link, it was nowhere to be found. I checked every inbox, including spam until 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Nothing. I am now without my meds and suffering because of the absolute incompetence of these people. UPDATE: called and scheduled another appointment. They said they would send a half months prescription to my pharmacy and guess what? They didn't! It has now been almost and entire week without my medication. So yeah, don't go here. Another update: they have once again failed to refill my meds for absolutely no reason lol, this is like at least the third time. None of my medication is controlled substances like Adderall or anything either, so I should be getting automatic refills. They just randomly decide not to fill them sometimes though so Im literally not even going to call about it, just gonna go somewhere else. Absolute worst experience I've had.
