Boot Barn

Visited the store for safety shoes, lots of shoes were to be on the ground. Perhaps it can be better organized as far as styles and sizes.

Great associates. Miss Alex was very helpful even though we had to go up the road to a different location for my boot size.

This Boot Barn was, hands-down, one of the most organized and helpful stores I've ever visited. The atmosphere was so positive!! I wasn't even looking for boots, but I was ready to buy some because I adored the staff. The employees are not only extraordinarily respectful and helpful, but they also go above and beyond. Whatever you guys are doing at this store, please don't stop!!! This was the most pleasant retail experience I've had in a long time, and I love to shop!!

Everyone was very helpful and Carmie was the sweetest ever. She asked us about our visit and was so kind.

Store was a mess. Jeans where missed placed shirts and hats on the floor. Walked in and did not receive a greeting. The Employees instead of organizing and maintaining the store to keep it looking nice and clean where instead to busy talking to each other laughing and all in one section.

Bought a hat online and they were supposed to ship to the store. They shipped to my house which took an extra day. I got my hat went to the store to get it shaped. I got to the store at 8:15 and was told they can not shape my hat because they close at 9. The store was not busy at all and I explained to the person what happened and all he said was sorry. No a good look, not sure if they will get any more of my business.

They had amazing customer service, and they had a huge boot selection.

Great selection and I love that they have different brands than Cavenders. But other than being greeted once when I walked in, no one EVER asked if they could help me with anything. I was in the store for over an hour and walked around the entire store and tried on boots while several employees passed me and not once did they even look up to say anything. Good customer service is dead I guess. At least they are military and law enforcement friendly.

Customer service is amazing!! I had an issue with shipping and they helped me figure everything out and get my order shipped to the correct location. Appreciate all the help!!
