The lady that works here is AWESOME! She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Truly appreciate her help with the size conversion and showing us the boots that were on sale. The store smells so fresh and like real leather.

Absolute best customer service I’ve ever dealt with on anything. These guys are the best, I’m in NY and they were on the phone with me pics, video etc… whatever it took to make these boots for me they were right on top of it. I can tell the time and craftsmanship taken in my boots, exactly what I was looking for. Will def be coming back for my next pairs!!!
My husband has been looking for new boots for almost three years now without luck until we stepped foot into Lagarto Boots Western Wear. Not only did Sergio win us over within just a few minutes of telling us about their store, he found the perfect boots for my husband. We definitely recommend their store! Don't shy away from the small size... or where they're located, they definitely make up for it in big heart and great customer service.

My first visit. I haven’t owned a good pair of boots in many years. The staff was patient and helpful. I found a decent pair of multi-use boots that are dressy enough to wear to just about any occasion and goes well with jeans and is very comfortable for a price less than the big stores and an offer to have them cleaned in store any time I get them dirty. THAT is service. Very pleased and very impressed.
This place is awesome! Tucked away next to a gas station, you'd never guess what's inside. They carry very nice western wear including shirts, boots, hats, wallets, and more. I checked out their boots and the prices were very good, although I didn't pay attention to the brands. It looks like they have a little something for everyone. Plus, they had plenty of kids hats to satisfy my little cowboy for Western Day. I will definitely be back!
I took a pair of my husband’s full quill ostrich boots to be resoled. He also decided he wanted them dyed. His boots were done within a week. Excellent work, and most of all, excellent communication with the staff. Niecey and Sergio were the two people I had contact with. Both were super friendly and helpful. The store is amazing, and we’ll definitely be buying boots there in the future. Highly recommend Logarto Boots!!
