The employee as the cashier is extremely lazy. Went in to return shoes from online and she told me she can't return the shoes because the internet is down. When I watched someone pay with a credit card just before me and after me so she is obviously lied to me.

I have the water shoes. They lasted about two years and the soles fell off on a hike. I do not recommend.

Steven was above and beyond with customer service, explaining the differences in certain styles and giving his useful feedback on his own purchases. Richard was also very helpful in our transaction, even when the lights went out and the system went down! Definitely recommend if your looking for great deals on Sperrys and quality service

I love Sperry shoes! I didn't know they had one there at this outlet mall. We were there to buy my wife some new tennis shoes. When I saw the Sperry outlet I felt I needed new shoes! We were promptly greeted when we entered and the salesman was very knowledgeable. I not only bought a pair for myself but for my wife and my 2 grandkids.

Love their shoes but was never acknowledged nor did I find someone to help me & employees were way to busy conversating. Definitely not going to that location again.

They Sperry Outlet sells shoes for everyone in the family and usually have great deals. I recently purchased duck boots there for $65 that were $99+ everywhere else. Score!!

Very bad service I bought a pair of sperrys at Christmas time and the soul became unglued and I came back to them and they told me that it was only a 30 day warranty exchange on my items so if you plan on buying some shoes expect them to only last 30 days

I would give it 5 stars if their pricing was better. The staff was attentive, but DSW has their own "outlet" beat, which leaves a bit of a bad taste in ones mouth.

I bought some shoes, which my wife finds comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The prices are a bit high. We will return when she needs new shoes!

The Sperry outlet at the Houston Premium Outlet mall is a pretty good place to shop the prices are not just the considerably discounted but they normally have buy one half off a second set of shoes. So if you don't need two pairs maybe visit with someone and share the price of two shoes.
