Boot Barn

What a spot! I was in Dallas for a week and wanted to pick up some authentic western wear. This was the place to go for boots and hats and jeans and shirts and more. Friendly staff. Huge selection. Reasonable prices. If you're from out of town and want some genuine Western gear not tourist gear then this is the place you need to go. The next day a bunch of old dolls from Philly stopped me at Buc-ee's to take a photo with me. They had mistaken an Irish guy for a genuine Texan cowboy. Dreams do come true.

Great store to shop for anything! It’s so organized and set up so that you can go right to what you need. Cavendars is always a mess and there’s no rhyme or reason to the way the store is set up! Boot Barn has great prices and the best stuff on clearance, not junk! Love this store!

The only reason I gave this location two stars is because I can’t give a store one star that sells my everyday outfits. But this one deserves it from the moment we walked in I have not had a single person acknowledge that we are here or that they have seen us. The Store manager has made eye contact with me 4 times and still hasn’t said a word if commission is earned here I feel bad for there pay checks since not a single person cares to speak. The great part is the manager finally said something when we were walking out the door. DONT SHOP HERE.

3 or 4 associate, all gathered on their butts chit chatting. Store was slow. Nobody can be bothered to offer help finding a pair I was looking for. Sad thing is I've had terrible customer service at the Boot Barn in Frisco too. Boot Barn is just a lousy shopping experience. What happened to customer service? That's ok. Shepler's seems to like revenue better and had no trouble taking my money.

No big and tall selection. Asked the lady at the front desk if yall sold big and tall and was told no. I put my boots and wranglers back on the shelf. Now I'm on my way to the competition.

I am a costumer for life at this boot barn the costumer service here from a young lady named Celeste was over the top exceptional. Very kind and caring and helped me get my husband his boots for his Christmas gift. I recommend this location also very clean and organized the whole team is amazing!!

When in Texas what does one do. Go boot shopping! We had a 12 hour layover and lots of fun. The prices were great with a lot of different sizes and style options

a dangerous place with the wife, she always needs a new adation to the collection.great service by the store manager.

Great staff, great selection. They truly took care of me from me entering the store until I got checked out with my purchase.

Folks here are always nice and helpful. Lots of variety of merchandise. Usually have a sale that's worth it. Again... Great service and good selection if shirts! Thanks Hailey!
