Went in today and got 4 pairs of tennis shoes to try. The only seat I could find already had several boxes from previous customers on the floor and on the seat, so I moved them to the side to try on my shoes. Upon finding the pair I liked, I took my box and went to look at the clearance section. I left my 3 boxes of shoes in the box as they were found I didn't like with the rest of the pile of boxes from previous customers. A sale associate approached me while I was browsing the clearance and told me I needed to clean up my shoes. I was a little taken aback by this request but went back to clean up my three boxes, leaving the others that weren't mine. I went to check out because I was done looking at this point and walked by several other areas where shoes were scattered around the try-on seats and there were no customers to clean them up. Obviously the associate didn't want to clean up the store, and wanted the customers to do it for them. At check out, I told the associate that the rest of the shoes weren't mine, as you could tell by the shoe size I wear 7s and the boxes around me were 9s but I was appalled that she had the nerve to tell me to do her job. I work in retail and would NEVER dare to ask a customer to return their items from a fitting room or from their cart that they didn't want. Won't be returning.
Super organized, amazing deals! 4 pairs of awesome shoes for 200!! Highly recommend this store for your fashion shoe needs!!
This store is the best - especially Caitlin & Mekeyla. I was picking up an online order and, after trying them on, realized they weren’t for me. So I wanted to switch them out for a different pair but had issues with the gift card I had used the funds mysteriously vanished!… these employees went out of their way to be on hold with customer service for almost 20 minutes to find a resolution. Caitlin & Mekeyla saved the day and I walked out happy! Long story short: if you want a store that goes above and beyond for their customers, shop here!
I love the shoe selection here and the prices are great! From High heal dressy to running and hiking they have it all. Purses and more. Love shoes? You will enjoy this store.
I had to exchange some shoes for my granddaughter and the sales guy whom I later found out was the manager, was super friendly and helpful! Walked me right to where I needed and just sat there and cut up with my sister n i.
The girls at the front desk are so rude. Not going back to this location anymore.
I love this store! One stop shopping for almost any type of shoes you want. Men, Women, Boys and Girls will love their shoes. They have dress shoes, athletic shoes, sandals, boots, and even flip flops. If you want a shoe, they have it, or they can probably order it for you.
Friendly helpful staff. Shoes have gone up alot, easy place to hunt for discounts. Brought a pair of barely used shoes for donation & got $5 off my purchase.
I've been here multiple times and interacted with many different employees... everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Had a return today of a damaged shoe. The two cashiers I dealt with were great. Helpful and highly exceeded my expectations. I won't hesitate to make this store one of my top shopping locations. Plus the shoes are great!!!
Very helpful and kind employees. She helped me order a larger size for my son and made sure we received the discount. I also like that VIP members get free shipping.
