I always enjoy going here. It is very clean and spacious and has so many great items. Most of the associates are really nice as well if you get to interact with them. I had an associate named Meagan who helped me a couple of days ago, who was extraordinary! She was very helpful with information, and went above and beyond for me. I don't take that for granted, because they don't Have to. So it's actually the first time I did their online survey to shout her out, along with telling the manager on duty that time as well.
Waited 30 for my drive up order only 4 things to come out, they then told me they would give me a gift card for the wait she just had to run in and grab it, after another 20 minutes I gave up and went home. After all that I got moldy strawberries basically the only reason I went. I know doing produce through drive up isn’t the best idea but I did not want to kennel my puppy so I was hoping for the best and they obviously just did not even care they were moldy because the moldy ones were right on top in perfect view.
Very clean store. Produce is very fresh. Target do have really cute clothes but still pricey. Kids and baby area have really stepped up their game. Always highly recommended. Happy shopping!!
Customer service is the worst at this one. Don’t try exchanging any gifts unless you want to pay the difference of what your gifter paid!!! Never had to pay a sale-price-difference at a place after they sell you something USED that’s sold as “new”.
What can I say but "it's target!". Get more pay less is 100% correct for this store. Its got everything that Walmart's got except people aren't wearing pj's. Its got a Starbucks which is nice as well as a CVS pharmacy. You can also get free clementine.
This Target location is excellent. I alway get great service and if there’s an issue, such as something not ringing up correctly, they take care of it without hassle. The store is ALWAYS clean and well organized.
Half of my drive up orders are usually not fulfilled until the next day. Use grapevine, Irving north, hurst, and north Richland hills instead
Pick up location is in a terrible spot. It is right in the middle of pedestrian traffic and the area has terrible signage. Pick up area is a disaster waiting to happen. Other than that it is a standard Target. Employee that brought our order out was very personable and friendly. Thank you.
They recently redid this Target so it is really nice inside and he that boutique feel in some areas. They've got two sections of self checkout stations which are what I normally use so that's helped them cut down on the long Check out lines they used to have. But you can't Check out at them with alcohol. Luckily they have a separate alcohol section at trhe front of the store with its own checkout station. But that Check out station isn't always manned so you may still have to go through the regular lines. They have an on-site Starbucks, optical, and pharmacy. I've used both their eye doctor and pharmacy in the past and have no complaints. Their grocery section is large and well stocked and they've g ot a ggrwat fresh produce section.
This is my goto grocery store. Uncluttered, stocks good quality products and I appreciate the friendly staff
