Adult Beginner Boot Camps
Boot Camp by Bland will consist of full body workouts designed for people of all fitness levels. Each workout will incorporate multiple exercises targeting various muscle groups. High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, is a training method that replaces normal cardio, such as jogging , with high intensity cardio by combinig multiple exercises with a reduced rest period between exercises. HIIT is not a new method of training but has become popular in last few years due to rapid weight and fat loss. With HIIT, you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat. Boot Camp by Bland uses HIIT, traditional cardio and athletic movements to create a challenging, but fun workout.
