Was in town on a work assignment and seen this department store. I never heard of it so I decided to stop in. It's a beautiful department store, friendly staff too. Nice selections and prices, filled up a cart real quick! Wish I had one back in Long Island NY
One of the best stores left in this mall. The staff is amazing courteous helpful and always smiling ready to greet and assist in any of your needs. Why go elsewhere when you can find what you need at good prices.
Love this store! I'm a plus-size girl, and they have a HUGE selection department of beautiful plus-size clothes to choose from. Including dresses and outfits for special occasions.
One store shopping everything you can ever want in a store and great sales. Beats Kohls and Macy's they sell Junk will never go back . Boscov is awesome !!!
Went to this store for the first time came from SC and this store has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I will never come back to the store every again despite the fact that I live in South Carolina I have never been treated like this ever! They close at 9 but we were checking out at 8:40 so there was no need to the nasty attitude if you don’t know how to treat customers then you shouldn’t be working in retail. Boscovs need to teach their employees how to respect the customers.
Clothes selection is great for all sizes and shapes. Shoe dept has a great selection. Chocolates are the best! Pick one or 2 or a pound. Staff always seems to be nice here.
The employee named Robin was extremely rude! She treated me with disrespect. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I wonder why Boscov’s would hire such a bad employee like this. She needs to be taught to treat customers with respect.
Great inexpensive department store, good quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Plenty of inventory to choose from, helpful and friendly staff ready to assist you with your purchases. Always seems to be a busy store, which I think is a good indicator of their quality. Annually, they support various charitable causes with a very special discount for for a small fee. This year we were entertained by the 'Men of Harmony'. We enjoy shopping there and you may too.
Boscov's claim they had the ankle boots I wanted in the Bensalem store. When I got there for pickup, there were NO boots in my size available. Salesperson was nice, but tried to sell me a pair I did not want or like.
At their busiest time of the year the staff at this store was friendly patient and wanting to help. Great experience
