As I was standing in the check-out line, I noticed one cashier who seemed to genuinely care about her customer's experience. Mimi was friendly, asked about coupons, etc. I hoped that as each person in front of me went to other cashiers that I would be randomly lucky enough to get to Mimi's register and I did! Retail experiences these days are not always pleasant. Mimi is pleasant, efficient and so very helpful!
Kohl's has a nice seasonal clearance sale of up to 70% off on selected summer and fall apparel, which is greatly appreciated if you like wearing business casual clothes and athletic wear.
Involved a $100 purchase online that created a $20 Kohls cash. The order got duplicated but not the Kohls Cash entry. We returned the duplicate order and was advised the Kohls Cash for that order # would disappear. No Problem. We attempted to utilize the Cash coupon for the original $100 order but it only accepted the ser# but not the pin. With great patience and knowledge, Joan — Customer Service Donna —. Supervisor Joanne. — Cashier worked to resolve the issues. Thanks to everyone.
Kohl's has a wide variety of quality business casual and active wear, plus home goods and accessories. I really enjoy shopping here, which is great that I found my way back to Bensalem, the closest location to one of my favorite stores since I've relocated from Staten Island, New York.
It's a nice Kohl's, bright and clean, staff has always been friendly. The one thing that could be better is the pickup signage, so I'm writing this for anyone doing an online pickup or return. For Kohls returns, enter thru the doors on the left side. The customer service, order pickup and return is immediately to the left of those doors, right up front of the store. And pay attention to the signs above, I've walked in several times and there's been a line at customer service, but online order pickup has its own line, so I didn't have to wait. If you are doing an Amazon pickup or return, enter thru the right side doors, under the Sephora sign, and you need to walk towards the right and all the way to the back of the store on that side. Not the best for larger items and boxes, but grab a cart when you enter if you need to, make it easier on yourself. For both Kohl's and Amazon, I've only had great experiences with online pickup and return, in and out in a manner of minutes with no issues at all.

Very nice store, came here for amazon drip off, then find out that it's beautiful store with lots of good stuff. In 2013-2014 I used to go to Kohls missed physical stores. Will recommend to all shopaholic peraons
Left here in tears today. I always pay my bills with scrip gift cards. No one notified me they no longer take this as payment. I literally just paid this way last month. Staff was unwilling to be helpful. Customer Care is a joke. I'm stuck with a useless gift card and immediately closed my account because of all this. After 20+years as a customer and card holder, I said good bye today. Sales aren't that good and doing away with scrip just isn't a good deal to shop here anymore. Went from being my favorite #1 store to the worst. Used to be great, but definitely see the decline. What is worse, no one was bothered or seemed to care about losing an account holder/customer. Definately a decline in customer service. Kohls used to be great with customer satisfaction... now they have joined the other corporations out there. Customer service is dead and a thing of the past. Would not be surprised if they join toys r us and bed bath and beyond... sure seems to be heading in that direction.
Mimi at the At Ben Salem store was awesome. Although all cashiers were all awesome all the time. Floor help was Awesome
