Haven’t been to target in a while but needed a backpack for a quick trip to NYC. Was impressed with the layout of the store, how easy it was to find everything, I found their clothing to be trendy and fashionable. I wasn’t looking for anything else but ended up buying two cute nightshirts on the way out. I’ll frequent this store more in the future. Great work target!!
This isn’t for the store as a whole, usually my family and I shop here often. But as for your employees/associates who does curbside, didn’t get her name. 9/22/23 around noon, was terrible! Throwing items into my trunk!! I wasn’t happy and let her know but she just acted like she didn’t hear anything. When she walked away to go in I went back to look and all the gallons of water and boxes to bagged items already spilled out in my trunk. Please train your associates how to have proper etiquette and workmanship to load items nicely and not thrown all over and on top of one another. It isn’t a hard job and shouldn’t take much brain power to put bags last or on the side and not stack boxes to gallons of water over them. I’m sure this wouldn’t be the way they would want it in their vehicle. And if they don't want to work please send them home!
Love how clean this store is! And I had the nicest cashier ever! I didn't catch her name but she was so polite. Everything is in the right spot and is easily found. I will be shopping at Target from now on!
I saw a diapers deal and checked that this location has the brand and size I need in stock, so I stopped by here instead of a closer to home location. When I got there, I noticed they have all the other sizes but the size I need! But the app said in stock!! I was in a rush and just wanted to get this shopping list done. Lucky, I bump into a very nice staff who offer to help me check the back. Other associates would probably tell me whatever is out here is all we got. But she was in the middle of something and still willing to walk to the back and check for me. She grabbed me two boxes that I need!! I was happy and able to leave with everything I needed at this quick Target run. Thank you and much appreciate your assistance, Faith! Update 8/23 Literally only take a min for me to park and get my drive up order. Great service! Fast! And the team member that brought my order out was friendly and professional with greeting and smile.
While I was able to find four out of the five items I went to Target for, I had to resort to Amazon for the last item. I find the food price hikes too much for my wallet so I had to go elsewhere. Also, the store was TOO WARM! It was so warm in there it made it uncomfortable to shop.
Target is a fast and easy store to shop in. Prices are very good, and you can get just about anything that you need, anywhere in the country.
Terrible worse target ever ! Charged me for an online pick up for a Tv that was never in stocked ! Some employees said it was in stock but couldn’t find the tv then I tried to do a replacement for another TV! none of the employees knew how to do a replacement. Im without a tv and cash for a tv.

I made an online purchase the other day. I got the notification that it was processing. 8 hours later I get a message about it being canceled because they went to get it and it was no longer there. It's supposed to be ready within 2 hours. So whatever was happening for 8 hours I really don't know. I ended up looking at a different Target for the same product, and in a matter of 15 minutes it was set to the side for me. Meanwhile, I also tried purchasing a different product from this Target in case the other one fell through. I was able to have my order confirmed for pickup and physically pick it up at the other Target before this one even got passed the "processing" part. Not sure what exactly is going on at this location but at least I know it's not all Targets.
I Just wanted to say that I shop at Target often. Today was probably the first day that I seen team work as well as great customer service. Amanda, Alberto and another Gentleman understands the definition of Excellent customer service. The first gentleman who help me was very new to the store and tried his very best to to assist me. Alberto seen the trainee and asked him if he needed help and showed him how to find the item. The item was no longer available, but there was a display. I asked if I could have the display Albert wasn’t aware that the displays were for sale manager error , however Amber made him aware that they were for sale and at a discounted rate. They both helped me to the register and to my car. True definition of teamwork makes the dream work! I truly appreciate you guys tonight! Thanks Albert, Amanda and the new guy!
