Updated: Their Camarillo store has closed - they're too big to update Google apparently. ___ Tried and failed to contact then via their website. Their US telephone number. Their email. Nothing. So we'll drive up from Santa Monica to their store in Camarillo as a last ditched attempt to get some service for my wife's headphones. Replacement ear pads = SALES Too big? Corporate levels of service? Who knows... Shame...

Good store in Camarillo. We went there to purchase a wifi enabled speaker but was confused which one to buy. The staff was friendly and they explained us all the necessary details and the product was available for a demo which helped us to decide which one to go for. Not much people in the store and so no waiting time for us

great sound great quality. They are expensive, yes, however whatever you buy if you take care it will last for many many years. I am a fan and this is one of my favorite stops.

Great place to try out the headphone before buying.. They have good discounts sometimes.. Staff is very helpful..
