We bought a Whirlpool wrs588fihw side by side refrigerator in May. Due to wanting color white, it had to be ordered. After doing much on line research I found the model I wanted. Ventura's price was the same as big box store SALE price. Janie was very helpful with our purchase. The extended warranty was less cost for same period of coverage than Best Buy. We got the refrigerator in July after about a 2 months wait. The delivery persons were great and careful with the delivery and installation. I do wish I had tested the doors and opened them at the time of installation. The refrigerator door SQUEAKED big time. My 12 year old Kenmore refrigerator never did that. I contacted Janie immediately. She finally got someone out today. Thankfully it was just lubrication missing at the bottom hinge. Now my doors are silent. This unit is roomy with more lighting inside. It has nice features although I miss a few features the old one had. The ice cubes are about an inch per side so I rarely will used crushed ice. The past main issue with wires breaking at bottom corner of freezer door causing the ice machine to stop working has been resolved by Whirlpool. I was a little worried about that with this new unit. We wanted to give a local store our business and I am glad we did. They resolved our issue, sales, and delivery were great. Will go there in the future if we need another appliance.

Though we’ve never even met, you have answered every question I had, you made very terrific suggestions when I was in a quandary and you made me feel important! I can’t wait to visit Ventura TV and Appliance Center, and meet you in person. I will be happy to be a customer.
Really good place get your television or washing machine and dryer! I love the fact that it's in the community it's in!..some people don't want to go to a "large" store such as Walmart or home depot..this store is conveniently located with amazing prices! Whatever appliance you're looking for you won't get it any cheaper than what you'll get it for here!
I bought a washer and dryer brand Electrolux. I was given a lemon dryer that makes a loud noise. I told the supervisor if he could give me a new dryer because the one they gave me made a loud noise. He said he would send out a person to fix my dryer after 5 months the dryer is starting to make a loud noise again. The washer is ok, but I am definitely dissatisfied with the lemon dryer they sold me.
Got a great GREAT deal on a new Refrigerator. It's been working nicely and they even offer an extended warranty coverage for a reasonable price.We couldn't wait for them to deliver so the fee was refunded back to ME because my old one conked out on us.

I spoke to a representative at Ventura TV on Thursday December 16 about a refrigerator purchased there. The representative seem to busy to help as she answered other calls. I called back to speak with the manager who was very argumentative and rude. He said I needed to talk to the representative I Already talked to! What a runaround. Would not recommended again! In addition. Ventura would not send out a bottom bin for my refrigerator which I had to make arrangements for delivery while in the hospital. What a testament to their service. Prices are cheap and so is the customer service after you pay.
Husband got antenna pole, did not have the size he want, but got a better deal for much larger pole for the same price as the small one.
Dennis the salesperson was very knowledgeable and they have a lot of quality merchandise.
Service was Awesome! We all need to support local companies, I highly recommend Ventura TV and appliance over ANY big box store in town
