Bose is the finest audio company generally, with great prices, quality, design, and unreal warranty. I hope their warranty never changes for they replace/ solve product issues expediently and professionally. This store at Stanford keeps up their tradition as the staff they hire are attentive, knowledgeable, and very nice. I had an employee talk to me on the phone and when I walked in 3 days later, he still knew my name based on the product I was asking for. I love the noise canceling earphones and Sound Link. I will also buy their Sound bar for my new TV.

Super helpful guy who was willing to recommend the right product. If you want the best and like to buy American. This is a great store. Bose is what the NFL and professional musicians wear. The best sound quality you can buy.

I visited all of Bose store in Bay area. I could say this one is the best, trust me. Smaller space then other stores but they have all the stock,no refurbished. Manager and Staffs are very informative, helpful and super kind. I would say again, Best Bose shop in SF bay area!

I recently purchased a Bose 700 soundbar and went into the Stanford Shopping Center to ask a representative on how I could optimize the product. He was a younger man and he had no idea what I was talking about even though I repeated myself a few time and Had to slowly explained what I needed. After he understood what I was talking about he told me to just mess around with the Bose App which is something a 12 yr old would tell you, he didn't even go towards another employee and get someone who is more experienced/would help me. You figure spending the extra dollar they would employ experienced individuals but not at this location. If you need to buy Bose products I would suggest going to a location where they know what they are talking about, the other employees did not seem like they wanted to be there or any sort of friendly.

Very friendly and professional staff. Two years ago, I was able to get a malfunctioning speaker replaced. And recently they fixed the no charging problem of the replacement speaker in minutes.

I was in Bose store on November 26th/18 to ask help about SoundTouch 10. Namely, my sistem stopped to work it was working for 2 years and I couldnt to activate it. After trying to activate sistem Mr Andrew and his colleags made exchange, so I've got new sistem. What to say?

DAVE IS AMAZING. Just came from there. He helped us put on new ear pads on my husband's headphones. Customer service here is top notch.
