Excellent store with amazing service and products. Their staff is always super kind and attentive, eager to showcase their products. This is in contrast to most Apple Stores these days, which has become synonymous with arrogance and being as vague as possible. I mainly do my Apple shopping online or over the phone these days. But I still enjoy coming to the Microsoft Store and seeing whatever cool new stuff is around for laptops, games, and monitors. I recall in the past, I used to try VR here. Also my favorite store for my dog. The nice staff always play with her.
These guys were great. This was the best two hours of my life. Well at least my technology life. They recovered all of my contacts and photos from a broken phone. And then they showed me how to access them. They were patient and kind. I love going into the Microsoft store. Every location that I've ever been into their customer service is top-notch. Their level of technical understanding is supreme. I'm so glad that I discovered the Microsoft stores.
No pressure to buy and everything out on display to try out, I could spend hours in this store. The build quality of the new Surface is outstanding, and I find myself using Microsoft products more and more. I was so impressed with the staff, I actually sat outside and watched them for a moment.... they looked around and answered questions, always smiling and having a good time. For a computer geek, it must be a fun place to work!
Such a great experience from the moment I walked in, I was offered a drink of water.. Wow!! Believe me folks I have never been offered a drink of water at the store. The store was clean and it was very comfortable and pleasant during my short wait, I did not had an appointment but I was treated fantastic and the store was not chaotic with all kinds of people.
Cool store, a lot like apple. Everyone is friendly.
Well we just stopped by to browse what's on sale and instantly we ended up buying a mew laptop. The store was clean and have a good ambiance and the reps are very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back and get more products here in the near future.
They're all so friendly. The workers there made me feel like I'd known them for years. Amazing people. I got a new phone at an amazing discount. 5 stars!
Needs to be severely reminded of what courtesy is. Im merely trying to get my surface replaced. Yet, even though I’m willing to pay the fee, I was constantly asked if I understand that I had to pay a fee. Not only that, after waiting, it was rudely noted that they had no replacement devices. Even though, I have a nephew working there who clearly stated that they do have replacements. Utterly disrespectful service
Service is unbelievably terrible. I walked in here on a weekday after work, ready to purchase a laptop. It was an hour before closing and there were about 5 employees just in their computers, no customers besides me. I stood around for 10 minutes until someone came to ask if i was doing ok. I asked a number of questions about the devices present and nobody could give me straight answers. I ended up noting down the items and prices and buying online. This retail location is a joke.
The Microsoft Store was a great experience. The employees were very helpful and friendly and they helped me right away. I do recommend creating an appointment online before going because it can get very busy. Otherwise, the store is a great place to check out Microsoft Surfaces, Windows PCs, the Xbox, and more.
