The guys that cover photo/video section are top notch! I had a lot of questions before buying the Sony A6000. Coming from the Canon DSLR world, i had a lot of questions. these guys are very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that Sony needs to make some of their in store pricing competitive. I can order from B&H in NY for the same price and not have to pay shipping or tax.
These guys know their stuff... Reminds me of going to an Apple Store. They don't push sales or warranties, and they tell the truth about their warranties. When making returns or exchanges, it's seamless. I've spent over 4K at this Store, with various camera, PlayStation, lenses, and the personal 3D Viewer, and I received top notch Service every time. I would recommend this Store to everyone.
The new store is excellently designed and with the variety of premium product that Sony has, I never feel bored walking in here as when I walk in an Apple Store. The associate was really helpful and knowledgable and provide me variety of options and services available with the products in the multiple times I have been herecameras, headphone, games.... They all have been really enjoyable experiences and definitely worth my time coming in the store instead of ordering the items off the web. Definitely recommend this store even for a visit.
I got a RX10 at the Sony Palo Alto. For a thousand dollar camera, the image quality, especially the pictures with low light, on the computer screen is not up to its price. Images are granulated and pixelated on the screen when you blow them up. The worst part is you don't know about its image quality in store. They also charge 15% restocking fee if you end up returning the item. Buyers be aware!! Do not buy any product from Sony store if you are 100% certain. You are probably better off buying from Amazon or other retailers.
I bought my laptop there around 6 months ago and I got an extended warranty. Six months later the computer broke down and after 3 weeks of a total of 7 hours talking on the phone with sony I finally had someone fix it. Now it has broke again and we can't even go to the store for them to replace it. Since they are not "authorized." Worst service I have ever gotten!! I suggest you do not get extended warranty as you are waisting your money.
Like a party in the mall! awesome fun! But 1 colored headphones? which are bulky and well ugly. They need to think of what the market is going towards rather than to still try and dictate the market itself. Samsung is looking mighty appealing, and even Beats by dre is looking better. But nice costumer service!
Sony Store ... What a Fun place, such of great electronics ... I wish to have a lot money to buy everything in that store!
Poor customer serive. Everything is overpriced and the price adjustment process is a pain. Do not purchase here. Go elsewhere and get better price as well as customer service.
Why do you have to pay for shipping when want to buy something which they don't have in store? Stupid!
